I've done a search by user name and the word "crank" and, as far as I can see, he hasn't said anything of the sort in this thread, can you quote the post where you think you saw it?

The only option at the moment for shorter cranks is Praxis. The Mahle motor uses a custom M30 spline interface and there are no aftermarket options other than to buy shorter Praxis crank arms. 5dev said that they are looking at making them for SL’s but as yet they haven’t released anything.

I think that your right I must have mixed it up with the section on shorter cranks using the 152s dam

Many thanks I’ve looked all over the net and phoned a few bike shops. I had a S3 KSL and pedal strikes really were no problem. Changed it for a S4 with the 170mm cranks and getting a load more strikes.

Hi Guys,

need some help. I had removed my Push 11.6 for some maintenance. Now i didnt get the damper between the spacers at the lower Rear Shock Eye. the Space is so closley and it seems that is a way to small for the damper eye. Do you know any tricks to get in?

Remove the rear wheel, flip the bike upside down.

Install the upper bolt first, then use the rear triangle as leverage.

Hi all. Has anyone tried a larger chainring? The compatibility guide says
“Largest size w/chain guide: 34t”
Here:

But I can’t see space in that guide for a 34 which has a 3.62mm larger radius (7.24mm diameter) than the std 32.

Thanks. I’d love to know if anyones solved this.

Thanks. He’s getting Deslackinators 👍
I got the Deslackinators and they do very successfully limit free-stroke of the lever as required. (You get a whole set of sizes).
So, the lever bite point is set by the bleed and the adjuster screws, then the rest position of the lever is adjusted by choosing the right Deslackinator.

I swapped my cranks down from 170mm to 165mm since the bike does sit low. I think I prefer the original length but wanted to avoid the potential strikes in the low BB position. BTW if someone wants to buy the Carbon 170mm lightly used, DM me they're just collecting dust and won't be installed again.

Here's a solution for a dropper post. Short insertion lenght and stack height, travel reduction with spacer and it's light.
Only 30.9 and 31.6 but you can use shim.
