Penso che la camera d'aria sia troppo larga, i 2mm\1.5mm che ti dà offset non sono sufficienti, nella versione Cef 50 v2 oHi! I tried offset bushings to fit CC DB kitsuma - but it doesn't fit the v1 frame.
205 is length of trunion mount (not this pics) ?Hi, while I'm waiting for the frame to be shipped, I'm checking where to buy the components I'm missing, I found this Fox x Performance 205x60 shock absorber with travel reducers, I could bring it to 50/52.5 by fitting offset bushings, I'd get to 209mm, what say, it could be fine, it costs €160 at a discount View attachment 146637

Yes, I've ended up exchange shocks with Yozha - he has a v2 frameI think the air chamber is too wide, the 2mm\1.5mm it gives you offset is not enough, in the Cef 50 v2 or v B version as the manufacturer calls it also goes without bushing offset
Bro 205 eye2eye it's totally impossible for u to install it on cef50 as I have fox float X2 in my garage not using almost 2 years. Why impossible it's because the mount design it's totally different from 210. Cef50 use eye2eye 210. Your picture it's 210 NOT 205 design.Hi, while I'm waiting for the frame to be shipped, I'm checking where to buy the components I'm missing, I found this Fox x Performance 205x60 shock absorber with travel reducers, I could bring it to 50/52.5 by fitting offset bushings, I'd get to 209mm, what say, it could be fine, it costs €160 at a discount View attachment 146637

Lanton, Your batteries look excellent! I am interested in building my own batteries, my motor is the Bafang 43v m820. I currently have a 43v 11.4AH 410WH which I may have to repair or replace. Would you be willing to provide a list of equipment/supplies you used to make those batteries, as well as a ‘how to’ guide?
If you read all 150 pages of this story. You will become a true professional in the construction of CEf50. I can advise you to make a 48V battery. Your engine will become a little more powerful. You will completely drain the battery. With Smart BMS, you can control the battery capacity and voltage.Lanton, Your batteries look excellent! L size, yes 170 mm AXS fitted perfectlyHi, what size is your frame?
the 170mm seat post fits well into the vertical tube have you had any problems?
I join the request above. Tell, what characteristics of batteries you got, please? And please share the wiring diagram and drawings/dimensions of the frame.
I wish i have listened to youNow you can install a 170mm long dropper on a frame with a size of M
Frame size M. A 175mm long Magura Vyron MDS-V pin.3. There were no problems under my height of 175mm, he entered to the end. I had to remove the bolts to secure the charger. The biggest problem is with MAgura. The quality is very poor. The lid on the manette immediately broke, I had to tape it up. The pin is made of thin iron. When I tighten the frame more than 2H, the pin stops moving out normally.L size, yes 170 mm AXS fitted perfectly
Yep, I didn't like 'em...junk! Especially as a heavier rider.I just noticed one of the gaskets in the suspension hinge has broken. These gaskets are made of aluminium and seem to be very fragile. I was very careful not to overtorque them when assembling the bike so I used calibrated torque wrench set to 12Nm. Seems like the material fatigue. Thankfully, there are 2 spare gaskets in the kit from SZZT. Anyway, just to remind you, be very careful with those aluminium gaskets and better order several spares just in case, to have uninterrupted fun.
