It has been sold for ages. They took it back early on since it was super loud and ovet heated. New versions have been sold for quite a while already.
I got mine from Greenbikekit.

Have not installed it on the frame yet. Have not heard people having problems with recent motors.

It's not on bafangs website because they will officially release it at Eurobike.

Yes, atleast according to all available information. I don't have both so can't compere.

How is it possible?

I got one delivered as well, but am waiting on my frame to arrive before I can actually use it. A few sellers have been selling it since mid-late May with descriptions saying it’s the May 2024 updated version and 750w is available again.

After the official launch we’ll probably actually hear the details of what they did to improve it because so far nothing is super obvious looking at the internals.
