Found my cassette loose today. I removed it months ago to grease the inner spacer as it was creaking. Torqued to spec, but it worked itself loose. The Lyrik air shaft kits are still a few months out.

I never thought of removing the battery. I use a Thule T2, specs 60 lbs per bike, 120 total. I would worry about cornering with a roof rack.

A larger tire would likely raise the top assist speed as the speedometer would read low. 27.5+ is almost a 29er. This needs to be tested.

Repaired. My previous b-adjustment was off. Needs a 22mm gap when sagged.

I'm in the US and recently updated the firmware. Full assist up to 18mph then partial assist all the way up to 20mph. Before, it seemed to have no assist above 18mph.
