Had my Dad ride mine, he was looking for the throttle and trying to go more than 25 kph. Pretty sure the general public sees them as electric motorcycles.
I find myself being lazy riding uphill in boost mode. Then again, I enjoy lift access and can't wait to get back on my Tues.
As you can see the chainguide is not adjusted properly. The chain is riding on the guide higher gears. I was able to loosen the upper bold and slide the guide back, which helped, but did not solve the problem. Has anyone been able to loosen the ISCG bolts?
If buying from a shop, they should provide you with warranty info. If it doesn't have a standard factory warranty, I would pass.
I doubt there will be any upgrades in the future for older models.
You will be able to source parts for repair.
Have you drained the battery on a ride yet? I drained mine e8000 once, boost mode for 13 miles, 1500' elevation gain. I am now stating to use trail mode more often. Try to keep your cadence about 60.
I enjoy my commencal meta power race size XL with a reach of 481. They currently have the fox version in stock. You could save thousands and still have top of the line components and modern geo. Most of the ebikes on the market are too small in reach numbers.

I really like the 481mm reach, makes all my other bikes feel small. I was worried about the seat tube length, but my old seat is a few mm shorter than the stock volt. Stan's fluid and valves. I also was thinking of a 36 ring, but I like the clearance of the 34 for now.
The bike came with a...
Sizing is critical. The reach is the same on both large models at 455, but the kenevo is available in xl. If you are 6'+, the large will likely feel cramped.
Mods are bars, stem, grips, pedals, seat, stans tubeless, shortened cables and a spring.
Eyeing the 2019 Lyrik in red. At a minimum, I would like the 170 or 180 upgraded air shaft kit.
A 2019 DebonAir upgrade kit will be available as an aftermarket upgrade if customers want to spruce up their...
Spines are a good idea in general, but specifically there is a floating spacer inside the cassette that will squeek in certain gears if not properly lubricated.
The rear derailleur issue could be improper cable tension, bent hanger or b adjustment. It could also be the chain, I found a bent link after a few rides that would only occasionally hang up.
Soft bricked mine at home during a failed update. Restarted download and it was fine. The app is poorly designed, at least on android. I would never attempt a connection on a ride.
