Hi all, I am new here and just purchased my EXe. I am interested in your take on the Super Deluxe Ultimate Settings.

So far at 220lbs geared i am at :

HSC/LSC Middle
220 PSI for 28% sag
Progressive air can
Rebound 8 from closed
4 Volume Reducers installed (max)
No HBO

Shock tune is : "L" Compression and progressive rebound

Welcome to the forums.
Cheers

Nice bike btw. The suspension settings are a very good benchmark for the initial setup. You can likely fine tune your geometry also to suit your riding style. So the combinations can be endless.

I’m a “set-it and forget-it kinda guy …but my neighbor adjust his settings often. (Sometimes each ride).

Set the initial settings to where you want, then ride your typical trails. You may find that a few adjustments are needed depending on the terrain. Your final settings will determine how your bike behaves.

I share a Shoc-Wiz with a number of riders for suspension settings. Besides the basic suspension settings, it can also measure the type of terrain you typically ride. After a few uses it will recommend further adjustments to your suspension settings. Some recommendations are useful …some are not.
