Luna with the right person...but some of their techs...let's just say "god complexes".Especially since there are no retailers in the US, except maybe Luna.

For me it's very useful. Can setup every level assist parameter with our need. Also can recalibrate sensor position, setup speed limit and wheel circumference. How crucial is tuning from the stock setup?
Interesting. So, I CAN juice up the walk mode with BESST then? For me it's very useful. Can setup every level assist parameter with our need. Also can recalibrate sensor position, setup speed limit and wheel circumference.
unfortunately it can't for walk modeInteresting. So, I CAN juice up the walk mode with BESST then?
Nooo🫣 Oh well at least you can change power modes if desired. So that's useful for some. Maybe the future app will allow a stronger "walk mode"...unfortunately it can't for walk mode
Thanks @TCFlowClyde this gives me hope of a nice ride OOTB.I use the stock tuning...seems gradual and significant at each level for the M820 using the DPC245 display.
Mine was preset to 28 mph. Wheel size 27". I assume North America region. It should be set by the SZZS team, the seller of the motor kit. Thanks @TCFlowClyde this gives me hope of a nice ride OOTB.
Is the speed limited to region by default? what speed limit was it set to OOTB? I wonder who sets the speed limit?
Yes. Bafang should have an end-user login restricted to non-critical(non-brick-laying) settings like these above. For me it's very useful. Can setup every level assist parameter with our need. Also can recalibrate sensor position, setup speed limit and wheel circumference.
So you asked SZZS to preset these settings for you?Mine was preset to 28 mph. Wheel size 27". I assume North America region. It should be set by the SZZS team, the seller of the motor kit.
No they went by shipping address...I assume. So you asked SZZS to preset these settings for you?
Have you tried it out yet? What kind output is it giving you?BTW a crude power meter exists in the DPC245. Others may have mentioned already but discovered that Watts units is an option in the DPC 245 just the other day...might yield a basic, metered comparison in each mode for those willing or even caring to tinker with optimal power modes.
Like I said prior, factory settings seem discreetly incremental and progressive. View attachment 118055 Overall, the watt-meter-mode is not quite like a fancy power pedal meter, but it's something useful to compare power output.
No...I just scrolled on it by accident two days ago. It's got a lot of functions (9 total) in the power button:Have you tried it out yet? What kind output is it giving you?
No worries suspension is the the thing that takes me the longest, weeks to work out. So I understand that.No...I just scrolled on it by accident two days ago. It's got a lot of functions (9 total) in the power button:
Trip,
ODO,
Ave speed,
Max speed,
Est. range,
Calories,
Time,
Cadence,
Watts.
Preoccupied unfortunately. Been dialing in my fork/shock setup combo, and several bad new tires.
You should be "on deck" for deivery? No worries suspension is the the thing that takes me the longest, weeks to work out. So I understand that.
It’s on the boat, supposed to be on land by end of the month. Very excited but trying not to obsess about it to much otherwise i won’t sleep. You should be "on deck" for deivery?
I found mine 2.2 version also decreased power under 20% battery. Power locked of 98W maximumThere is a limitation left in the new firmware version. After 20% of the battery charge, the motor power decreases. I think the engine has become a little more powerful.
Wow so light. If U have pictures when weighing pls share. What components use?The weight of the bike with a 10Ah battery is 16.9 kg.

Sorry to be dumb here, what is the Bafang IOT Box and get it on AliExpress? Maybe a link is you have one?I had a conversation with Chili Shen recently about DPC245 / BT5.0 / BT5.1 and Bafang GO+ App. She told me You need the Bafang IOT Box to connect to the App. No possibility to use the Display only.
Where to get it?
