The battery is 48v and 700wh, I want to put an extender on the bottle holder, has anyone put it there?

You can not connect an external battery to that port. It is only for charging and can't handle more than 2amps.

CEF50 External battery build

I took a chance on the CEF50 because I wanted a very light eMTB. Because of that I chose a light battery and planned to get an external battery to supplement the internal on long rides. Two things got in the way, Bafang is way behind on delivering internal batteries let alone their promised...

Yes, it is the battery that comes with the 48V 700Wh 4kg frame. Regarding autonomy, it depends on the type of ride. I ride XCM autonomy above 100km with 1500m of elevation, 10% single and 30% off and 70% eco.

Interesting, they are 500g lighter than stated. My total build came in at 21kg.

My components are really heavy, I left the light components on my XC bike. Here is the list:
- mt620 wheels
- exa form seat post
- shox deluxe 210x55
- fork durolux 36
- front tire hellkat 2 4
- back tire Ruban 2.4
- Rim protector
I believe it would be possible to reduce about 2kg for several $$$.

I'm looking for a FOX FLOAT X FACTORY 210X50 and I'd like to know if the 22.2x8* measurement that is stated in the geometry of the frame's shock absorber is the same above and below on the two sides where the shock absorber is anchored? Do you know if those bushings come with the shock absorber? There are many 210x55 shock absorbers for sale and few 210x50 ones and I see that many of you have mounted the 210x55 one. Does it fit the size S frame and 29” wheel well? I do XC and marathon and some trial sections, no enduro.
