mine is pretty similar, mine might have slightly less of a gap, but there is still a noticeable gap
Yes...if you search this forum on headsets you will find posts which show you what headsets fit better.
Don't have a link to hand, you can search quite easily.Or you could post a link if you have one?

if your talking about this one, give it a tap-tap-tap from one side, the bearing and rocker pivot axle will pop out. then I just reinserted the axle to pop out the other side.Hi, doing a bearing replacement and have completed all except I have no idea what to do with the 'rocker pivot axle'. Does anyone know how to remove etc. It's just spins around and I can't work out how to remove so I can add the new bearings. Any help appreciated.

I'm actually in the middle of doing this right now, the bearings feel rough while they are inserted, but weirdly when I get them out they run smooth. Bought new ones anyway.

I have the 2.4 enduro kryptotals mounted on my Ex-e. They were very hard to install on the bonty carbon rims, but totally worth it. Best tires ever!I fitted a 2.6 Kryptotal on the rear (which I struggled to fit on the rim) but there was very little wiggle room between it & the frame so removed it. Back with stock Bonty at moment, may try 2.4 Kryptotal. Does any manufacturer other than Bonty make a decent 2.5 tire/tyre?
Mine is so silent, I almost ran by front wheel into a mother and cub bear napping on one of my local trails. I also wasn't paying attention, until I heard the mother growl. Can't get any quieter than this.Mine has been reliable and extremely quite. Couldn’t stand the battery rattle on my Rail. Sold it within months. My Fuel is perfect for the local XC woods and mild jump tracks. Other than tires, it's completely stock. Willing to upgrade, but not convinced other parts will provide noticeable "return on investment".
Funny, I see this guy at Berm Park (NC) frequently.A little Fuel EXe love and e-bike discussion from Seth:
That looks really good.View attachment 129592 View attachment 129593 The hope headset top cup fits a bit better and has a small rubber I ring that add a little more protection to dirt ingress.
Private video, so I can't hear. If you have not adjusted the motor compensation screws, do that.I've had clicking/creaking on my exe for a few weeks. I had thought it was the bearings, and so did a full bearing replacement on the suspension. But it still persists and so it was not the bearings...All points are torqued correctly including 50nm for the lock ring. Here's the youtube link with video and sound (below). It only makes this sounds when climbing, and only after the first 5 minutes. The first 5 mins are silent, and then the creaking/clicking gets progressively worse. If you have had similar issues and found a solution would love to hear. thanks in advance. - YouTube

You need to start recording your ride in the Trek app, doesn’t show on the display. How do you get the display to show you the distance you have ridden?
Thats not an option. Perhaps use the Trek Central app or garmin/strava, etc.How do you get the display to show you the distance you have ridden?

Have you checked the lock nut on the chain ring? That was the source of my creaking and clicking. Only did it when pedaling up hill or out of the saddle.I've had clicking/creaking on my exe for a few weeks.
