HI AMflow - I am LOVING this bike.

Question:
Was just going to try it, but I'll just ask....What happens if I set the wheel size on the app, to 27.5, but leave a 29 on the back? Theoretically, I would think, it should go a few more mph, or do you sense the wheel size somehow?

OR does setting it to 27.5, reduce the max speed as its set for 20 mph max, on a 29?

Thanks for this outstanding machine. I ride it almost everyday, IT is swweeeet!.

To your question, what happens if I set the wheel size on the app to 27.5, but leave a 29 on the back?
You can indeed do this, but since the system setting does not match your actual wheelset, the system will not accurately record your riding distance. Therefore, we recommend setting the wheel size in the system according to the actual size of your wheelset. If you have more questions, feel free to email [email protected].

The Crankset of Amflow PL is DJI Avinox SL Crank (we recommend: M/L: 155mm; XL/XXL: 160mm)
Amflow PL uses an ISIS interface. It is recommended to use the official crank for optimal compatibility.

We have watched the video, could you kindly please try to pedal the crank quickly back and forth, if there is still like before, the gears might collide and make a "da da" sound, similar to gear knocking. that is cause the assist unit has some gaps in its gear system, and this sound won't occur with continuous pedaling, it is normal. if there is any other issues, please contact this email address: [email protected] for help, thank you for your understanding.

Hi, On receipt of new Amflow bike i followed the "Quick Start Guide" to assemble the bike, however I am having a problem getting the handlebars and stem "tight". That is when i tighten the stem bolts (section 2-b) using the required torque figure it is still possible to rotate the handlebars with respect to the front wheel. I dont want to overtighten these bolts so would appreciate any ideas on how to resolve this issue. Thanks

Dear customer, the torque value for tightening the stem should be between 5-8 Nm. Could you please confirm if you have used 5 Nm? We recommend trying 8 Nm to see if that resolves the issue. If you still experience problems with tightening at 8 Nm, please contact the store where you purchased the bike for further assistance.

Ok, find a solution - if you disassemble the two motor screws marked red the motor slides out at the front and you can reach the cable

why is there no rubber gasket between the screen in frame and frame?
i could possibly see water ingress,wire shaking loose.
i have seen lots of rider videos,and it looks like water ingress in cable grommets,no rubber gasket behind screen to frame,and……….. paint quality,should it be a given upon purchasing a new bike to invisiframe it,or should it?
iam seriously looking at the 800 pro atm.
thoughts?

Hi Mister cube, we appreciate your interest in the Pro version! Our bikes are designed with an IP56 waterproof rating. The body also features drainage holes to effectively manage any water that might enter. While there isn't a rubber gasket between the screen and frame, the design minimizes the risk of water ingress. Additionally, the wiring harness is secured with cable guide to prevent excessive internal movement.

Regarding the decision to apply a protective film, such as Invisiframe, is entirely up to you and can depend on your riding habits and conditions. Our Amflow PL models do not come with a protective film pre-applied. If you choose to apply one, please follow the instructions in the Amflow PL user manual or consult with a store professional to avoid any potential damage during installation.

Every frame I have ever had leaks water into the frame, even the e-bikes, everything inside the frame is waterproofed from the factory.

Good to know.
So for someone like me with short legs (29" inseam) and assuming 20% sag (=30mm), the medium with post all the way down will sit at 745mm = 29" which means I can sit with both feet on the ground once shoes are figured in.

Hey @Amflow_Support what diameter in mm is the 29in wheel set at in the amflow system. I installed a garmin speed sensor and set the diameter to 2300mm and the amflow is still reporting more distance covered than the speed sensor.
