Hello Amflow!
First of all I would like to say the bike is fantastic, thank you
One issue I have when doing long range rides, up to 100ks, is that when you need the power most, the last 2-3 ks home and you get to the 5% mark and the bike goes into some kind of low powered limp mode. Is it possible for the team to give the user the option to have full power all the way to zero % of the battery? That is what I have been used to with Bosch.
Cheers from Australia
Hi John,
thanks for your recognition of our bikes! I understand the feature you mentioned, don't worry, I will register your suggestion internally for the engineering team of Avinox to have a further discussion and evaluation. We are very pleased that you have provided us with some constructive proposals, which also allow us to better understand our customers and products. If you have further questions or suggestions regarding our bikes and Avinox, you can send an email to [email protected].
Thanks for choosing Amflow! Ride safe and happy holidays :)

HI AMflow - I am LOVING this bike.

Question:
Was just going to try it, but I'll just ask....What happens if I set the wheel size on the app, to 27.5, but leave a 29 on the back? Theoretically, I would think, it should go a few more mph, or do you sense the wheel size somehow?

OR does setting it to 27.5, reduce the max speed as its set for 20 mph max, on a 29?

Thanks for this outstanding machine. I ride it almost everyday, IT is swweeeet!.

Hi there!
To your question, what happens if I set the wheel size on the app to 27.5, but leave a 29 on the back?
You can indeed do this, but since the system setting does not match your actual wheelset, the system will not accurately record your riding distance. Therefore, we recommend setting the wheel size in the system according to the actual size of your wheelset. If you have more questions, feel free to email [email protected].
Ride safe and Happy New Year!

Hi.
Is it possible to order the Large with 160mm cranks?
What other third party cranks are compatible?

Thanks.
Hi Entonox,
The Crankset of Amflow PL is DJI Avinox SL Crank (we recommend: M/L: 155mm; XL/XXL: 160mm)
Amflow PL uses an ISIS interface. It is recommended to use the official crank for optimal compatibility.

Hey @Amflow_Support. Does the following video seem OK?

I noticed on my rides in the techy stuff when you're out of the saddle and putting plenty of force through the pedals there was a clicking, creaking, cracking sound. So I've done a demo of what I'm hearing.

Opinions?

Hello @Amflow_Support team.
Just checking out if those websites are "authorized or official dealers" for Amflow bikes. They are both in USA (supposed to be). Do you recommend or endorse any of them? They might offer brand warranties?
- Ebike Premier
- Ronhack by @Ronhack

Thank you so much for your attention.
Hi enduromtbmexico,
Please kindly know that, for USA, we are under the planning for sale, and for the local dealers, we are in the process of negotiation, for the time being, it is not yet public, everything will be subject to the display on our official website, please keep eye on, thank you for your understanding and support!

Hi ixi,
We have watched the video, could you kindly please try to pedal the crank quickly back and forth, if there is still like before, the gears might collide and make a "da da" sound, similar to gear knocking. that is cause the assist unit has some gaps in its gear system, and this sound won't occur with continuous pedaling, it is normal. if there is any other issues, please contact this email address: [email protected] for help, thank you for your understanding.

Hi, On receipt of new Amflow bike i followed the "Quick Start Guide" to assemble the bike, however I am having a problem getting the handlebars and stem "tight". That is when i tighten the stem bolts (section 2-b) using the required torque figure it is still possible to rotate the handlebars with respect to the front wheel. I dont want to overtighten these bolts so would appreciate any ideas on how to resolve this issue. Thanks

Dear customer, the torque value for tightening the stem should be between 5-8 Nm. Could you please confirm if you have used 5 Nm? We recommend trying 8 Nm to see if that resolves the issue. If you still experience problems with tightening at 8 Nm, please contact the store where you purchased the bike for further assistance.
