If mountain bikes are allowed on the trail, just go for it. I equate not riding a trail just cause it says no ebikes to forever sitting at a red light that never turns green. Just go.

Take the coil off and fully compress it to see for yourself, but I haven't had any issues with running a number of shocks at 65mm.

The Runt is great. It doesn't make a HUGE difference with mid stroke support but it does make a noticeable difference that is probably worth the cost. Just don't expect it to be as good as say the IRT chamber the Manitou Mezzer uses.

Size large has about a 215mm seat tube insertion length, according to SC when I asked them via email before I bought mine. But... I'm running a 210mm oneup dropper, which has a 297mm insert length (including actuator). It sticks out of the seat tube 55mm when fully pushed in. 297 - 55 = 242mm...
