Colorado Springs trails

Hi all-
Hoping some of you are in the Colorado Springs area. I'm struggling to find places to ride in The Springs. Was hoping to ride Stratton Open Space (Captain Jacks, Captain Morgans, Chutes, etc...), but trailforks shows it is not e-bike allowed. I noticed the city of Colorado Springs had a 1yr e-bike pilot program last year, to determine the impact e-bikes had on the trails. But, I don't see any indication that the pilot program is over and what their findings were. So...

1) Are e-bikes allowed now on the trails near the Springs?
2) If they aren't, does anyone know of other riding areas in the Springs that allow e-bikes?

We're currently riding Jefferson County (where e-bikes are allowed), but was hoping to venture south a bit.

Thanks!

If mountain bikes are allowed on the trail, just go for it. I equate not riding a trail just cause it says no ebikes to forever sitting at a red light that never turns green. Just go.

Digging up an old one, but, I'm pretty sure Captain Jack is E-bike friendly as motorcycles are allowed. When visiting, I ride up past the falls to Buckhorn and then ride from the top down to Captain Jack and up again.
