No, the farm on the side of the hill level with the White Horse, off to the right 1/4 mile as you look at the pic. Wish I lived up there now!

I'd just clean the disks with solvent, take pads out and clean them then lightly sand to remove any glazing. Also check that the pistons move freely.

Just done 2,000 miles on my Rise and on my 4th chain - changes aren't quite as slick, it hangs onto the gears when indexing through. When it gets really bad I'll get a new cassette and three chains, then rotate them every couple of hundred miles.

Tight in places on this fast downhill . .
