Rise H15 - the seat is a marmite thing; I find it fine @68kg but YMMV.
Currently at 1500 miles and fine - I'm more nervous about the frame cracking around those drain holes than the motor, but at least it has a lifetime warranty.

Unless the thieves carry a bigger gun plus they have the element of surprise so no, that doesn't work . . if they want it they'll get it regardless hence the OP - if they're carry angle grinders and wifi jammers then adding a gun isn't going to be an issue for them.
