I believe they reckon you get 40% extra range. I haven't run out yet with 500wh but it can get a bit antsy if you're not sure how much further you have to go.
I did 18.4miles on the Paradise Trail with around 1800ft of climbing and used 68% (339Wh) . I reckon I could get around 30 miles taking...
I think the expert comes with the 700wh battery and I'd pay the extra for that alone personally. I have a 500wh and a spare 500wh (unused as it would be a pain to carry). I'd much prefer the 700.
Yeah, it looks like it should be further out. If anyone with a working chain guide could grab similar photos of theirs so I could compare that would be really handy ??
Evening all, my trouser leg got caught in my chain guide and it span the motor bolt. Now I can’t seem to get the chain guide rraligned properly. It’s rubbing over most of the higher gears. Can anyone see where I’ve gone wrong. I’ve tried to match the angles to photos off google but no joy...
Morning all,
I have a '19 Levo comp and this morning on my commute my TCU wasn't beeping when I was changing the settings. It's not in stealth mode (lights on) and seems to be working ok other than that. It does mean that I'm having to look down to check I'm in the mode I think I'm in. Reseated...
Presumably you'll lose money on the '19 and you already have the 700wh battery which would be the only thing I'd really want to switch. As you've said, you'd only be changing for a new motor and battery (and the colour change). Financially I can't see it making any sense really.
You still have another year on the warranty for your motor and battery. I would keep what you've got and see if there are major changes in MY21.
Having said that, it's your money and if you've got it and you want a '20 then who am I to tell you not too ?
Cheers @Jowwy,
They look good but I'm still getting over buying the bike so a bit out of my price range at the moment. I should have said - budget recommendations are preferred
Morning all,
I'm a bit soggy after this mornings commute and my Five Ten DLX (supposed to be weather proof?) are soaked through.
I wore supposedly waterproof over trousers as well that I'd bought for fell walking but my trousers were wet too - probably returning road spray.
Anyway, I'm...
For the free first service, as @Rusty says - 4 to 6 weeks.
Mine is going in on Saturday and I reckon I’ll have cleared about 200 miles by then. I’ve had a creak (fixed by tightening a stem bolt) and I’ve definitely got a loose spoke but I’m not playing with the wheels as I’ll only break them...
W3W has been about for a while but it's good to see more people getting on board. It's even available on new Mercedes' sat navs.
Article in our local paper today about it saving four lads stuck on the Tees.
Three unique words helped save men after boat's battery died
I had my Levo delivered in the high setting as I had a pile of pedal strikes on the demo bike in the low. I've not had any with mine and it rides great!
