@Rob Hancill - jersey arrived today, it’s nice and baggy so looks good and I’d be able to get armour under it if I ever get around to buying some. Great quality so very happy with it. Need to save up for the stealth one now ??
Fifth ride out suggests it’s a new bike? I’d be taking it back to the shop you bought it from - clearly they’ve assembled it wrong (unless you fitted new pedals)?
As far as I know it’s not possible to do a software unlock any more. You’ll need a hardware device like the velociraptor or the planetary gear thingummy.
I had to take my Levo into BikeScene today as the dropper was very slow to return and quite sticky. They had a look at it and replaced the post with a new one, no questions asked.
Obviously we don’t want any issues with our new bikes but I’m glad I decided to use an LBS in the end - the peace...
Hi Mike, welcome to the club. Recent eBike/levo convert myself. This place has to take the majority of the blame I hasten to add. if o were you I’d hide your wallet ??
Evening all, a couple of days ago I went for a ride down the bridleways nearly and spent over an hour pulling crap out of my mech when I got back.
Today I went out again in the opposite direction and the bridleways are all the same that way - unused, with 5ft nettles/thistles throughout. They...
From everything I’ve read the smart control feature works very well. I haven’t had my bike long enough to try it so I’m not sure how it decides how much power to give you. I.e., if you’re on a massive climb presumably it’ll give you more power but how does it know there isn’t another massive...
Is it a 500wh battery? What mode are you riding in currently? Type of riding?
You’re lighter than me - I did 10 miles yesterday and rode most of it in eco, I was surprised how much assistance it still provided. Settings were 30/60/100 with 20% on shuttle and acceleration and I used 21% of the...
I have a series 4 non cellular and the heart rate looks to track correctly in the activities app.
On a related note, because I have the activity running on my watch and then Strava also adds the activity to apple health all my totals are doubled. How do you get around that? Just not allow...
@Rob Hancill or anyone else that has received a jersey - could you let me know what method it’s shipped by and approx delivery time. I have to pop in to the office today and I’ll put it off until later depending which courier delivers the jerseys.
Not that the weather looks like it’s going to...
Short.
I thought I’d picked a 27k route up at Sutton Bank but it turns out it was only about 15. To be honest, some of the climbs would have killed me on my old bike but I could easily have gone round again if I wasn’t so confused that I was back at the centre so quickly. I met quite a few...
Pretty sure I’ve read the Brose motors are happy up to 90+C so its unfortunate to hear of your woes. They are some pretty epic rides though and fingers crossed Spesh sort it without any problems.
Well, my watch ran out of battery on the way to work but on the way home, fully charged. Started watch workout first them started BLEvo - it picked up my heart rate, stuck it in my pocket and it tracked at 68bpm for the whole ride again. A bit disappointing. Hopefully I can figure it out.
I picked mine up last week on the Green Commute Initiative. I had to pay full price to the shop, they wouldn't entertain a discount but of course, I get 32% off anyway ??♂️.
I can highly recommend the scheme, it was quick and easy and the bike shop were amazed they were paid before I even...
