I’ve done two commutes today with BLEvo and they’ve both tracked my heart rate from the Apple Watch at 68bpm. I’m pressing start on BLEvo then starting an outdoor ride in the activities app on the watch. Has anyone else successfully fixes this issue? Should I start the Apple Watch activity...
I’d have to agree with@Indigo - I tried BLEvo for the first time today and left in in Smart trail mode for the whole ride. It always just seemed to know exactly how much assistance I needed. For £8.99 it’s a steal - even if you just use it to download routes to follow.
Thanks for the input @dogzilla - I’ve done about 30 miles on my Levo since Thursday afternoon and I absolutely love it. I did 10 today though horrendously overgrown bridleways, 6ft high thistles and nettles. My legs are torn to shreds but the bike just kept on ploughing through (with three or...
@PaoloBLEvo - for what it's worth, I downloaded Blevo today and have been for a run out and it has tracked everything properly on iOS13. My heart rate tracked at 68bpm and then 143bpm for the first 4 miles then seemed to sort itself out. I used the Smart Trail mode and blew through 56% of my...
Afternoon all,
I’ve tracked my first ride today using both Mission Control and Strava on my Apple Watch. The distances varied quite a lot and obviously the Apple version has my heart rate data whilst the mission control version has my cadence data on Strava.
Am I right in thinking Blevo will...
It is yeah, I’ve heard the talk of them flattening it but it’s still there at the moment (Obviously). It was something to do with the amount of rubbish being left up there but I didn’t see any yesterday. Wondering if regular users have started to clean up after themselves.
Thanks for all the advice. I picked up my Levo yesterday and went for a good ride round the local quarry. Just waiting for the rain to stop so I can go out again today. We’re at our caravan at the moment and the only problem with this bike is that everyone who tries it immediately starts to...
Picked up my Levo Comp today and took it straight up to the local unofficial quarry bike park. It’s honestly astounding how good these things are. I had a few issues with the dropper not lifting but flipping the bike upside down and cycling the post seems to have helped (read about it on...
Afternoon all,
I have a Turbo Levo Comp set aside at my LBS and I'm buying via the Green Commute Initiative - the bike shop get 95% of the voucher value I believe so £4,750. I just need to e-sign the documents to release the voucher. I was happy with the Levo after a test ride and was even...
At Freeborn you can get them for near that brand new. Personally I’d prefer a new one for the price difference

A lot of the Whyte bikes route the cables underneath the bottom bracket. My mate has a t130-sr that's the same and I mentioned it when I noticed it. He said he hasn't had any problems though...
I looked at both of these bikes and I think either would be great. The Whyte e-150S @ £4750 edged it out for me though, especially for the kind of conditions we get here in the UK.
In the end I went with a Levo for the dealer backup (and impatience).
My uneducated guess is that it's because of price points. I'm thinking they'll put the 700wh battery in the comp and raise the price. They'd then have to put the same battery in the CC and raise the price of that which would take it up near Expert prices - cannibalising sales from that line. It...
Thanks for all the ideas, I’m just patiently* waiting for my GCI voucher so I can go and get my bike. Plenty to think about though.
*this might be a lie.
For what it's worth, I'm far from well off and I'm getting a Levo on the Green Commute Initiative.
I've visited a load of bike shops and talked to loads of bike shop owners about the current ranges and the upcoming 2020 bikes - Whyte/Focus/Cube/Scott etc.
I've decided on the Levo because I...
Hah! So after all that, same bike but with the 700wh battery...I’ll have to see what the upgrade price is as the extra range would be useful based on the test ride I did. It felt like you could easily ride all day ??
