The tracks around Lake Taupo are good too. Meanwhile in the South Island, the Queen Charlotte track is a varied 70k over one/two/three days depending on your battery/range. Not too intrepid as it has bars/hotels along the way for recharging (and beer).
Happy with my 19 Comp Alloy. Just changed the rear tyre over the Eliminator Blck Dmnd so that bit is now 2020 spec at least. 700wh battery could be the next thing as I think I'll be keeping this bike for a while, but the new Kenevo may give some clues about the next generation.
On my Levo I used two products - first a clear gloss from BK Stickers bkprotect - bkstickers.com which included a 500x100 piece to do the whole down tube, then the AMS Frame Guard All Mountain Style. Ride in #style - on a matt black the black AMS could look good, or one of the colours
On my XL Levo I changed to a 50mm Deity Copperhead stem and 800x38 Deity Blacklabel bar with ODI Rogue grips, sitting on 30mm of spacers. I'm 6'5/196cm.
Looked at Invisiframe but decided to go the other way and use All Mountain style on my last bike (pictured) and on my current Levo. Very tough, easy to apply and lots of options.
I'm 196cm (6'5") with a long torso and arms and relatively short legs. I've got an XL Levo Comp which initially felt too short and low in front, but with a few tweaks I've got it to fit really well by basically getting the bars up and the seat back -

First flat in ages yesterday, so took my Levo rear wheel into the LBS today for a new tyre - Butcher Grid (2500k) being replaced with Eliminator Blck Dmnd. Would do it myself, but the CushCore sounds like a handful! Then I can say I have "2020 spec" tyres at least.
"Emtb doesn't get you fit in less time than a regular bike at all."
Unless you have a heart condition like me, and then the emtb I can ride two or three times a week for two hours plus with hundreds of metres of climbing is doing me a lot more good than my last regular bike I could only ride on...
My wife is the same height and test rode a 19 Levo in Large - she could ride it, but would have felt much more in control on a Medium. If you're really between sizes I'd also say it 's easier to make a smaller bike fit "bigger" than the other way round.
I run mine at 20/35, 40/60 and 60/100
The Eco is set as low as possible while still allowing me to get up a steady 5-10% climb, the Trail is for general off road riding and Turbo is for short steep pitches or where I want to maintain maximum speed through twisty/bumpy sections. I sometimes also...
I don't think you'll get a definitive answer on the sealant, but I haven't had any problem with Stan's, I've topped it up a couple of times in the last 10 months but otherwise all good (an no flats). Also running Cushcore which I expect is helping as well.
Here in NZ, i have the bike insured as an extra policy next to my contents, at a rate of 5% of agreed value. It's covered for theft from a locked building or vehicle and also for crash damage resulting in a write off. Not cheap, but at least a payout would be enough to buy a new replacement.
Steepest sustained climbing for me in Christchurch NZ would be up through Vic Park with sections 24-29%, most vertical bit I can find I've climbed on Strava is a 34% section on the Bridle Path - basically a wheelie and prostate exam combined
