Need a new dropper lever. Help.

Hello all, finally took delivery of my 2020 Comp, what a bike! Coming from a 2017 Expert it doesn’t feel like a downgrade to me. Love everything about the Comp except the flimsy plastic dropper lever, I did a forum search and Wolftooth lever seems to be a favorite, but to many to choose from. Can I integrate the wolftooth lever with my Sram Guide RE? Do I need to install a new clamp? Are there any other clean solutions? Please advise . Thanks

They are a great lever. Cleanest would be mounting on to the SRAM brake lever with Matchmaker X version. Simplest is the 22.2 clamp on.

Fixing points on this aluminum lever (same as my 2017) looks exactly like the ones on my 2019 plastic new lever. I wonder if they are interchangeable....

Wolf tooth worth every penny nothing better out their. I got the blue one and it also looks great on the bike.

integrated clamps might look cleaner but also lose a bit of positionability* compared to band on mounts and to me a sealed bearing is really not required in a dropper lever (and just one more thing to go wrong) but if you want that style lever on a budget there's a chinese wolftooth style lever available on ebay for about £16.
Search ZTTO dropper remote if interested.

I actually really like the 2019 brand X lever for it's simplicity and shape.

*yeah yeah... not a real word but you hopefully get what i mean.

I had a Wolf Tooth on my 18 Levo with a Fox Kashima Transfer.... if I have to replace the stock lever on my 2020 Comp I would get another Wolf Tooth.
