Bought two Bosch 4A chargers for our Rails @ £49.99 each from Merlin Cycles. Very much faster than the 2A chargers which came with our bikes, couldn't resist at that price.
I've a pair of those in my mini toolkit. So handy. And dare I say it - adorable.Oneup pliers won't fit in my soon to arrive Oneup 70cc pump with EDC V2 toolkit so decided to get Knipex mini pliers which are 100mm/4" long so easy to stash.

When I first saw Knipex pliers, I thought they were just another channel lock type, but no, these German made beauties are something else! I don't have the mini yet, but need a pair.Oneup pliers won't fit in my soon to arrive Oneup 70cc pump with EDC V2 toolkit so decided to get Knipex mini pliers which are 100mm/4" long so easy to stash.

Little tip, if you don't have a compressor or a tyre air shot inflator you can use zip ties to help squash the bead onto the rim and then you can use a normal bike pump to seat the tyre

Have an Air Shot but since I bought a Topeak Joe Blow Mountain X (on special offer) haven't needed to use the Airshot, but might have just been lucky of course.Think you need to buy a track pump next payday . That little hand pump looks exhausting.
I like your idea but can't say I've ever struggled to fit a tubeless tyre with a track pump. A compressor or air shot isn't an essential but I think a track pump is.
Speaking of pumps. If you want a pump that won't wear you out, fits on the bike, and is easy to use when needed, this guy has been gold:To be fair to the little guy he does alright for a small pump, I usually take the wheels into work and use a compressor.
some tyre, wheel combos are difficult to seat. some wheels have a deep drop centre, if both tyre beads are in it, it can be a struggle to set the bead as air just escapes around the bead constantly.
I had this happen and could only get it to set with a compressor.
The zip tie trick is handy to know if you're in a pinch
Replaced the shoddy acros plastic headset cups and bearings for the much nicer Nukeproof set up, also added a DMR defy stem

And when you don't want to splash out for the one job tools, just make your own

Why do you need to use a bearing press for an integrated headset cup?
Surely that's only something that was necessary on old bikes.
Edit.. Or have I misunderstood what that first contraption is?
What's the mod exactly?

I also got this recently, it’s an upgrade for the Fox float shock, it gives you “functional” (it’s debated how much) low speed compression cap. Still much more satisfying than the original plastic cap
I used it to press the new cups into the frame.
Ah I see. I tend to just grease them up and push them into place by hand. Never seems to need any force.
