@Slymobi Hopefully your injuries heal soon and thank goodness for helmets.
Btw, great action shots .
yep i felt a few hits on the noggin when rolling lol.
Can you get someone to watch the kids or at least go to A&E once they're at school tomorrow, if it doesn't feel any better?
Trying to organise something so might get to A&E tonight but if not then tomorrow if no better.

I can vouch for that ..left me lying in a ditch at Kielder and just laughed at me ..😂
I know the feeling. I came off and landed in a muddy mush with the bike on top of me and getting stung by nettles every time I tried to move. I called my son who was riding ahead to come and help. He sprinted back and then….took out his phone and started taking photos.

Nobody wants to go to A&E, due to the queuing. Have you thought of calling in at your local pharmacy? The Government are encouraging people to use their pharmacy more and the pharmacists are responding well so it seems. They can't do an X-ray of course, but they should be able to be certain whether a bone is broken or not.

Try call NHS 111 for advice if you can’t get to A&E tonight.
Also, make a sling out of a towel to support your arm and to help take the weight off of your shoulder.
Get ready to spend 6-8 weeks sitting on the sofa, gaining weight and being a royal pain 👍🤞🙂
Best wishes Dave

Couldnt make it up.... spent 3.5 hours in A&E and literally only 2 people were seen. Matron came out and said anyone who has not been seen already will not be seen tonight !!! told to come back tomorrow WTF

Ive worked in this hospital for over 8 years and never have i witnessed anything like this.

im gonna pile on the pain killers and assess the pain / situation tomorrow and get my GP to refer direct to xray.

Thanks for all the advice.

Better weather now so time for the longer bike runs . Went up the Cabrach area . Blackwater and Glenfiddoch shooting lodges stand there in ruins. Dorenell windfarm making a fortune for someone. Up over Cooks Cairn then a visit to Knochkan bothie which is looking good. Great day but howling wind so didn't go over Corriehabbie the normal route. Great day.
