Can you get someone to watch the kids or at least go to A&E once they're at school tomorrow, if it doesn't feel any better?
yep i felt a few hits on the noggin when rolling lol.@Slymobi Hopefully your injuries heal soon and thank goodness for helmets.

Trying to organise something so might get to A&E tonight but if not then tomorrow if no better. Can you get someone to watch the kids or at least go to A&E once they're at school tomorrow, if it doesn't feel any better?
I know the feeling. I came off and landed in a muddy mush with the bike on top of me and getting stung by nettles every time I tried to move. I called my son who was riding ahead to come and help. He sprinted back and then….took out his phone and started taking photos.I can vouch for that ..left me lying in a ditch at Kielder and just laughed at me ..
Easy done I went to a and e last year with ribs after a fall on a rock coming off bike. Gave me tablets as strong as morphine I had to go back and get injection to stop retching . Hopefully all is wellOoooooooff im off hard and busted my shoulder absolute agony and not sure if anything is broke ! Never broke anything before so dont know how it should feel ! Cant see any lumpy bits sticking out nor any grinding of bone ( that wasnt there prior ) so gonna hold off going to A&E for now. It depends on what you've broken. Get yourself x-rayed, it's literally what you pay NI for.it hurts but i can move and grip with the arm etc ( can you normally do that if somethings broken ? ).

That bothy is at the 5* end of the scale ...Better weather now so time for the longer bike runs . Went up the Cabrach area . Blackwater and Glenfiddoch shooting lodges stand there in ruins. Dorenell windfarm making a fortune for someone. Up over Cooks Cairn then a visit to Knochkan bothie which is looking good. Great day but howling wind so didn't go over Corriehabbie the normal route. Great day.

Pretty view and all but I got twatted somewhere along the line by stinging nettles. My right leg is in fire right now!
Looks fantastic, and we’ll worth the 2100m climb. It was not my first idea to make 2100m climbing today but... It's was so beautiful.

looking sexy that bike is i know its subjective but i like.Testing out the wheels and rubber, throwing some shapes Badly and slowly) at the local trails. I can confirm that the I9 hubs are totally worth it and there is a noticeable difference in rolling speed over my previous wheels.
