Notice in this image Tom posted that the cable is a single multi-wire cable that is clearly canbus. Not the same version of the button?

That doesnt look like the oem one, should hace a CAN interface and thats why it doesnt have light. Check the DP E171 manual.

Just came back from a ride, had to abort due to a flat :(
36k , 1200m elevation gain and still one led was on in the DP E180. Mostly between level 2 and 3.

Im quite surprised by the power it has, today with the speed sensor working properly it was amazing.

Included headset is trash, second ride and creaks :/ i’ll go for the nukeproof
Do you know which nukeproof headset works for this bike?

You got a link for that Mike? Specifically which option you chose.
THe link is in the end of the headset thread. I don't post it here just because it is a guess. I think a proper guess and it looks like the best ICR headset I have seen buuut... I can't find it anywhere else but Wiggle/ChainReaction. It is not listed in Nukeproofs catalog. It is labeled in the Wiggle pictures "Token" which does not surprise because Token makes Mbox ICR headsets, which may be OEMed for Nukeproof. But looking at the opening in the ZSSZ headset and that gap under the top cap I would be worried about water getting in and that is much worse for an emtb than an mtb.
From reports in this thread from folks who have received their bikes, it should be a ZS56/28.6 upper and ZS66/40 lower at least for a common tapered fork.
Compare factory ( filed to reduce cutting the cables):

Then the nukeproof:

They built two 360whr 36v for my bikes and they have been shipped.
Did they say what casing they're using? I was told they will use the same casing as the 720Wh which makes sense.
I guess the mounting bar is identical across all the batteries, just with different mount holes for the different batteries.

Also only if it's convenient, could you please weigh the battery when you get it. thanks.

So when you purchased the acros headset did you just tell Linda, never mind the headset I’ve already got one, so just ship it?
Ya they clearly are not happy with headset pictured above and are now buying the Gineyea but I can not wait. I have only seen a drawing of the Gineyea and have no idea about the water seal. But the drawing looks similarly unsealed.

My casings are the empty cases Bafang sent them to size their frames. They had the custom company load them up with 36v 360w which is what I wanted. So not something that will be available. But since mine are in the Bafang case, Bafang claims their own 36v 360w battery weighs 5lbs/2.3kg.

Anybody wager a guess what the second connector is next to the XT60 plugged into the motor?

I don't suppose anyone has had a chance to determine how the Charger plug works? Does the motor function when the charger is plugged in. I would like to know because I want to use an external bottle battery extender.

but with their 720Wh battery, this dummy use as switch on button but no led indicator so we have to guess or remembering whether it's on or off :ROFLMAO:
I couldn't remove the rear wheel today. The rear axle is of poor quality. I immediately did not like that it is tightly twisted. Immediately change to a good one or, as a last resort, ztto. Well I have a spare cock and a ztto axle.

I agree, rear axle and headset are something worth changing as soon as the frame arrives

I ride the same way, weigh 250lbs and use TRP Spyke mechanicals and I can lock up my wheel without any problem.

Linda said that She accept custom capacity battery under standard 720Wh. I will order 540Wh to reduce weight for 700-800gr more. And she also accept to buy battery case only. Price will confirm tomorrow.
