There are some, since the spacers do have small plastic pins on top of them (and small holes at the bottom) so they can perfectly align.
With that said, I did replace the stem on mine, you just need to sand the top spacer (the one jthat will be just under your stem) to make sure to remove those pins and make it level ;)
Cheers for the info, so I take it the pins on the top spacer fit into the stem that comes with the strive on, but won’t on an aftermarket one ?

That's right ... initially didn't noticed when putting the stem on at first, but then it got pretty wobbly up there and noticed that those created an extra space where the stem couldn't rest on the top spacer due to those ...
They're just plastic tho, so pretty easy to sand to get back to level (I did order extra spacers tho so that I can still put back the original stem if need be)

Cheers for the confirmation, was planning on doing the same and ordering a spare set. Does it look ok with a 3rd party stem and those spacers on or do they stick out a bit, etc ? If you could put a photo of yours on so I can see how it looks I would appreciate it 👍

sure, here's a few pictures from different angles ... you can notice that it's not perfectly aligned to the spacers as the canyon stem would be, yet it doesn't break the aesthetics or aerodynamism of it either ;)

one more thing, the standard stem cap from Canyon will likely not work with/fit your new stem (and my stem came without a cap). In my case I replaced the cap with my bike computer mount but you may have to get a stem cap separately as well ;)

If you have bought the Strive :ON a month ago, ask for the 5% discount Canyon is now making within the model range.

It's only for those that bought a month ago (unfortunately!)

Cheers!

Spot on many thanks. I have ordered the Ltd version as well…how is it !?
Absolutely love it, can't go past it without looking back every time (had it for 4 month now) and wanting to take it to the trails right away !
Did end up installing a Megabobra on it for commuting to the trails tho as those Pirelli Scorpion tyres that come with it got some really heavy drag on road (but really are lovely on trails ;) ), making it it pretty hard to pedal past the engine cut-off.

What’s a megabobra ? Is this a tuning device ? Was looking into chipping it but seemed to say they were not available yet for the valve sensor type smart system.

Where did you pass the cable for the disc magnet? I also have a Megabobra but not yet instal

Megabobra (from this very forum) is a device created by @megabobra (plans and code are available so you can do it yourself)

@Mars2 my first implementation is a bit ghetto but works well (pic attached) ... planning to try and put in inside the chainstay tube at some point since there's a hole in the back of the rear triangle to route it to the motor (possibly moving it to the right side and using a spoke magnet so I can use the empty hole on that side of the chainstay)

Look like the only way will be to make the brake line hole in the rear triangle a bit bigger to be able to pass also the the magnet cable their.

the hole in the back of rear triangle cannot connect to the front bottom part. or at least that is what it look like.

With what do you hold the magnet sensor? I was thinking to 3D print a sensor older that will screw in that little M4 thread next to the wheel axle.

Used two long screws in those M4 threads with a rubber band attached between them to hold it in place, kinda works but if you ever do a 3d printed one please do share the plans ;)
This also seems to be meant for the standard bosch mini speed sensor, and so does the whole design of having that hole in the rear triangle (and a hole next to the engine that can indeed communicate with it); guessing the right one was meant to host a wired derailleur while keeping all that cable routing internal while the left one was initially meant for brakes + speed sensor (likely using a thinner cable for the speed sensor or for the brake initially then)

Excellent, might look at that in the future if ebiketuner don’t come through. I contacted ebiketuner last week and was told they have a device coming out for the valve magnet smart system in the next few months.

Got the same kit to fit to mine and concluded the cleanest way to install would be slightly enlarge the brake tube hole and run the sensor wire through there I plan to run a spoke magnet and mount the sensor on the inside of the swingarm on a standoff mount beside the brake tube, with the design of the rear swingarm I could not see a good spot to fit the magnet to the brake disc

Edit to add did you need to enable the LPP port to power the megabobra and I see there is a new update on the flow app which I really don't want to install just incase

LPP is already activated OOB, so didn't have to do anythingg there ...
Had to remove the smart connect (GPS/anti-theft) module tho just to make sure it wouldn't report my GPS speeds to the engine.
Really not feeling like enlarging the brake hose hole tbh, bit nervous about punching holes in such an expensive carbon frame , will likely end up keeping my ghetto way of mounting it for now I guess

Can you not run the cabling on the inside of the chainstay rather than the outside so you cannot see it as much ?, you could use those small sticky pads that have cable tie anchor points to mount it on the inside without having cable ties on show from the outside (see pic)

while riding it seems to require some extra cable length to be available, which is why I did put it on the outside for my first mounts so I can evaluate that extra length while on the trails so it wouldn't end up possibly too close to the tyre (altho ended up stressing that it could possibly get caught in the pedal, so indeed need to find a better way ...)
Sticking those on the inside and finding a way to enter through the hole behind the engine in the frame will be my next try there

The name is actually "Bosch ConnectModule" (better for googling, sry for the misleading name before)
Comes standard on the LTD, unsure about other models tho

Hello, could anyone please let me know if these can fitted to an Underdog and if so which model of connect module as I believe there are a few different ones?
Thank you

Hello, I contacted Canyon and they told me the Strive:On Underdog didn't come with one already installed?
I haven't received my Underdog, yet I only ordered it today.
Thanks
They’re wrong. My underdog has it. Comes with 12 months free gps tracking also. Blanked out my imei, no idea if displaying it could be an issue 😂
