Another +1 for the Halfords (or any other suitable brand) false crossbar, definitely my preferred method for almost all jobs that need doing on the bike including washing.
Just £28 for both on Amazon UK so it's a no brainer. I'll probably also get a big lipo bag to keep/charge the battery in over the winter as I usually keep it in the house as the garage gets really cold.
Having the o-ring fitted helps too, on my previous bike the chainring came loose and I found it never had the o-ring fitted so I ordered one and fitted it. IIRC the lock nut has a left hand thread and my torque wrenches won't work that way so I put one in a vice to get a feel for what 30nm felt...
If they can't be bothered to reply to enquiries then I'd be shopping elsewhere by now. They posted a story on their Instagram 21hrs ago so maybe try contacting them on there as one last ditch effort?
Brakes are super powerful, very easy to bleed (unlike Magura) and the levers don't explode upon impact (unlike Magura), the seals don't blow during a crash (unlike Magura) and you can get spare parts and rebuild parts (unlike Magura).
Be interested to see what your local dealer makes of it. Mines only a 10min drive from me so I usually just rock up with the bike if I have any kind of a problem.
Well that's extremely rude of Cube to not discuss it!!! The fact it has EMTB mode is probably a good sign that you have the right motor installed but the wrong cover, odd how that would even happen though on a new bike, I wouldn't think Bosch would stick the wrong cover on.
Plus resale value will prove affected if it's not equipped with the right motor. People will assume it's been messed with and probably move on to the next bike that doesn't have a Cargo motor and no EMTB mode.
If it was me I'd take a look in the Flow app if the bike is compatible with that and...
