Anyone have any tips for Tennis Elbow recovery?

That seems to be the general consensus among the masses but I can't help wondering what treatment I'd get if I was sponsered by Redbull 🤣 I know there's no magic wand but they wouldn't want their athletes not being able to perform for 12 months or so. Any such treatment would probably be out of...

Anyone have any tips for Tennis Elbow recovery?

Trouble I've found with tennis elbow is that masking the pain just makes it worse because the key to it healings is simply not using it and straining the tendon, if I mask the pain I can use it but I have no idea when I'm actually doing damage to it.

Looks interesting, I guess you can't put a price on recovery but £250 a month might not work for me 😭 I'm not ruling it out though.

Anyone have any tips for Tennis Elbow recovery?

I currently have it in one arm (the 'elbow' in the name is misleading really because it's actually damage to the tendon in the forearm near the elbow and its proper name is lateral epicondylitis), this time I've caused it by trauma by falling off my trials bike and just happening to whack that...

What did you buy your ebike this week?

A van, short wheelbase Transit Connect Limited. eMTB fits in diagonally just fine. I've had to make the decision that my lovely Audi S3 isn't going to work for me any more. I want to get out exploring further afield with the eMTB and there's no way I was going to put it in my car. The S3 is...

    I'm thinking Photochromatic sunglasses?

£17.99 (GBP) on Amazon UK https://amzn.eu/d/3sn59Xy These seem to work fine, they go from completely clear to a medium tint. I've ridden with them in and out of shady woods and sunlight and didn't notice any issues. First pair that arrived had some missing patches of the photochromatic...

New to Cube 140 tm 750

Can recommend the Ergon SMC Sport Gel saddle, stuck one on my '20 160 Stereo a week after getting the bike because the stock saddle is awful. I have MT7's on a other bike of mine and they should be super sharp and powerful with the standard grey 8p pads, if yours are not holding then they are...

Knocking when rolling over cobbles, battery rattle?

I haven't tried the damper yet but will try padding out around the battery with a cloth or something and it that helps I'll do sometimes more permanent.

What 27.5" front and rear wheeled bikes are available now and possibly 2023?

So wondering if you can fit and aftermarket Headset with a lock then because the FSA on my '20 Cube was creaking and clicking after 2 years and because cleaning greasing and tightening etc didn't fix it I replaced it with a Superstar Components headset.

What 27.5" front and rear wheeled bikes are available now and possibly 2023?

I'd hazard a guess it's part of the headset so fitting an aftermarket headset could be an issue. I think the Whtye bikes only have 27.5" wheels on the Small and Extra Small sizes and that the rest have 29" but I may be wrong about that depending on the model.
