first thing i do is upgrade my phone. I feel you on the looking stupid front. I am a total newb on the hard core trails these days, yesterday, I came to a juddering terrified stop, had to drag my behomoth to one side to let a couple of 16 year olds pass me, but i shredded them on the fireroad...
Is there a good way to reattach leather that is coming off underneath a saddle?
I live in a high rise, so i tend to manhandle the back end of my bike by gripping it under the saddle. But it seems to be a thing that happens to a lot of saddles, regardless of gripping underneath (ooh, er, missus).
Is that not a problem for the frame integrity then? I have a pretty big dent on my alu acoustic road bike, it sometimes worries me that it might crack or something.
I am not so bothered either by not having the new system, it doesn't seem like such a giant leap into the future.
I am curious though, does the new motor have the same mounting bolts?
One could then feasibly replace the whole system. Probably not that cost efficient, I imagine.
Sounds promising.
I have watched a few videos, but most seem to involve wrapping fingers in orange slime, and a light battering with a hi tech hammer. Which would be fine, if there were a lot of guys in the forest equipped with such.
I was more looking for an in action review, but noone seems to...
I was looking at getting some body protection, and I saw that the wonder non newtonian material I have been seeing over the last few years has some products on the market.
Does it work?
cheers
After a quick google, it seems colour filters (ie chromapop, for example) work by either selective absorbtion, or selective reflection, to increase contrast. Polarisation, as we all know from physics lessons, allow rays at one angle, whilst blocking the perpendicular angle.
Which is preferable...
Another question: most brands of goggles have some models with enhanced contrast, they all have different names, like chromapop etc, are these all various kinds of polarisation?
thanks for the reply. I was chatting to the guy at a 100% display stand, and we did discuss just cutting the foam to fit, so nice to have it confirmed.
Anyone got a ixs trigger and trigger goggles? Enough room for glasses?
