The motor/battery cover is often not great fitting and has gaps, it's adjustable though and can be sorted.
Rattles sometimes, might need a bit of foam padding against the battery/cables.
There was an issue with headset bearings not being greased and they'd creak after a couple of hundred miles...
The Bosch motor is considered to be the best of them all, warranty is generally good and there is a lot of aftermarket support available.
You won't regret getting the cube, it has a few niggles you'll need to sort but they're n minor and it is a great bike.
Just from personal experience I found CRC to be quite good for restocking. I was looking last year and the model was out of stock and back in stock a few weeks later.

Google maps is hopeless compared to proper navigation apps. Get trailforks/komoot/outdooractive downloaded. You download the maps so no phone signal needed.
I think that's a wise choice. Buying second hand you might well end up needing to replace consumable parts quite soon which all adds to the price.

It does depend on things like your arm length, short/long torso etc but at 5'11 the large 2022 action team fits me well. Cube generally trend to size a bit smaller than other brands. I've been on a medium bike before and felt to cramped.

For me it came down to price vs spec. I wanted the Bosch motor, having rented an e-bike with one and hearing a lot of bad things about Shimano.
So, after a lot of comparisons I couldn't find a bike with better components than the cube in that price bracket.
One thing that gets mentioned a lot here is buying from a bike shop that is local to you with a good reputation. If a new bike experiences issues you don't want to be posting it back or having a 7hr round trip.
