Can you please try the settings metioned in the post below? They might resolve your issue...

Also please close all other apps and run BLEvo only. Everything should work fine.
I have no experience with this mod but the German weblog says the following:
Turbo Levo: Schiebehilfe MY18 vs. MY16/17
Maybe you can translate the page via Google webpage translate.
Thanks for your advise! I maybe explained myself not clearly enough too. I am not doubting if you need the diodes I was only wondering if they might already be part of the Levo battery and/or these kind of Chinese bottle batteries. If then adding diodes to the wiring, you would end up with two...
Also Specialized contributed here via PM. However I contacted KMC already too. So in the end the issues are solved and will rotate 2nd chain now much more quickly.
@villho, for the future I am considering a Chinese bottle battery and then adding own wiring. I am only questioning myself if the diodes which you explained to us are really necessary.
I have been watching pictures of other range extender builders especially when I look at the pictures of their...
Hi guys,
I owe you an update on the issue I described earlier on in this thread...
So the issue was extreme wear on my 2019 Levo Comp KMC X11ET chain. After only 300km the chain was stretched beyond 0,75% and due to this the SRAM PG-1130 cassette was so worn out that a new chain slipped over...
No thanks!
If you press the original support remote which comes with the Levo or Kenevo (so I don't mean the optional BLEvo O'Synce remote see BLEvo manual) the adjustment should be applied instantly. If that doesn't happen then it seems you have an issue which is most likely related to...
Hi @Vanquish78 ,
Very strange issue...
The remote of the bike controls the eco/trail/turbo setting of the bike directly. The command isn't processed in BLEvo first. BLEvo only reads and displays the selected support setting. So if you really feel a delay in support for example when switching...
Hi,
Strange issue but I can tell you that if BLEvo does not work on a 2017 bike and battery you would really be the first. So I would just install the app and take the risk you might loose €9,99 as the risk is very limited.
If it works, please let us know.
The sticker is applied by Specialized and is positioned above the rear shock at the underside of the top tube. Mine says it's manufactured at July 21st 2018.
(y) In BLEvo you should always select the real wheel circumference. For the 29'ers it should be 2300mm. You should only modify the speed via the speed limit slider in BLEvo. Have fun!
I would leave it like it is for now at least in case you like to be able to adjust the speed via software (BLEvo). If not, I would ask your LBS to perform the update. It's one firmware update which brings the battery, motor and TCU to the latest version.
If you regret afterwards, there are also...
It seems you still have the old firmware 13.a also known as 2.019. This is the reason that you are able to change the wheelcircumference via BLEvo.
However walk assist, shuttle mode and most like also BLEvo smart power functions will most likely not work like they should. In newer firmware...
If I may be honnest, I like the previous solution shared on the forum more. Not sure if you missed this.
Especially the rubber Bikescene UK dealership fix of which @James_MTB was so kind to share it with us:

Thanks for the additional information!
You wrote: The battery will then enter standby mode for 2 hours until it fully shuts down, just the same as after every other time you turn the bike off.
Is this also valid for the new 2019 Levo battery? I thought to have understood that this feature is...
