Thanks @Jon05 - OTA updates coming in the mid-term. Technically already possible, but as you'd expect this needs to be thoroughly field-tested before we roll-out.
Thanks to all that have posted on this thread, we fully understand concern about the longevity and reliability of your Turbo. Naturally a forum post to answer multiple questions is going to be challenging - but here goes...
Firstly - sincere apologies to anyone out there that has had...
Thanks @Mikerb - Just to be transparent on this, we do post on this forum primarily to support the e-specific aspects of our Turbo bikes - we noticed that riders were struggling to help each other with app or electronic issues but were comparatively happy with mechanical aspects.
We'll always...
UPDATE:
Ghost errors 4,5,6,19 & 35 should now be solved. An app bug triggered them without reason, we've hidden them and will resolve in the background with the next app release. Apologies to all that experienced them over the last 48 hrs, if anyone still has these errors numbers showing up...
Aha. Got you - sorry, didn't spot that your question was specific to the HR function on the Apple Watch. Not yet, we are working on this but unsure whether it's going to be possible.
UPDATE:
Thanks to all that have posted. Early signs are that some errors noticed since the app release on the 4th Feb are 'ghost' errors, engineering are working on this now and we expect to resolve this in the next 24 hours. An app update will not be necessary, will confirm 7th Feb.
No, sorry @Fivetones - this isn't on any short-term feature release that we've seen.
If this is something that you'd like to see, it would be interesting to know which features you'd like to view/control via the Watch - no promises I'm afraid.
Agreed - apologies for this @Chubba . In-app help is coming in the next couple of months, but for the meantime please see below. These features are newly added and will continue to improve over the coming few months - feedback welcome on this thread.
Smart Control is an algorithm based on lots...
All - sorry that you've been seeing unexpected errors. Thanks for the info and name-check - I'll PM you separately to get serial numbers so that we can investigate ASAP.
Two upfront comments:
1) We've invested heavily over the last year in rider/retailer diagnostics that are there to help -...
Hi @airscape . Sorry to hear you're unhappy with the wheel circumference adjustment being locked in the newer version of the app. Whilst the fine-level adjustment is locked, you should simply be able to go to the PRESETS section of the TUNE menu and recall FACTORY settings - your original wheel...
Hi @outerlimits - C91143 is a 1.2 (Drive T) motor which is more powerful than the 1.2e but less powerful than the 1.3 (Drive S) I'm afraid (A 1.2e motor serial number will begin with E22243). Sorry to hear - suggest you speak to your retailer to see what happened here, it is almost certainly an...
Regarding Levo motor firmware questions, hope this helps.
Gen 1 Levo motors (Brose 1.2 & 1.3) will now update to 7.1.1 as from November 2019 - these motors are used on 2016-18 Levo and 2018-19 Kenevo. Compared to the previous firmware versions 5.x.x there are very small improvements that Brose...
As you've seen from the table above, the light ports are available but limited to 2A max - this is pretty important. We've seen with the Lupine SL SF (for example - with high beam) that the inrush current is way higher than 2A so the motor sometimes shows an error. Same with the Supernova M99...
@Kentrider very sorry to hear. Will send you a PM. One possible scenario could be that when they changed your motor they forgot to swap over the blanking plugs covering the light ports on the motor. We've seen this before - it typically means if the motor gets wet there is no seal over two...
