Medium frame, yes.
I requested a 230 * 60, but I hadn't noticed the size printed on the shock body. Too excited I guess. :D
Could you find out whether they supplied a 60 or 65 stroke ? It would be great to know for certain If the 65 fits and your whether your running It at 170mm or 158mm .

Yes, but not for a couple of weeks. The shock is in the shop and I’m off on holiday this weekend.

I have one rail 7 and i tried do put a fox shock using the original bushings.
I tried to fit the dpx2 with the original bushings of the rockshox deluxe and the black bushings were almost 2 mm out of the central pin, which prevented the shock from entering. If I remove the spacer that is in the frame I think it is the right size, but can I leave without the spacers that are in the frame?
I saw in another posts a DHX2 in a original rail using bushing. Someone could help me?

Hi
Anyone know if a Ohlins TTX 22 will fit in a medium frame. I think from reading through everything the Jade X is the only coil mentioned in a medium frame.
Got a 9.8 loveing the bike but did one of the standard shocks after 4 rides (losing oil and pressure) and they seem to blow through their travel alot. Although i havent tried adding bottomless tokens/rings yet.

There's two types of TTX22M. This type fits the Medium Rail according to TFTuned.;

I'm not yet, I've been away and now I'm self-isolating for 14 days so I can't go and ride... ? ? ? ?

The TTX 22M 16 series is the more 'traditional' looking one with a normal piggyback, against the above. Just advise which you want/prefer, the performance is identical between them.

I have an EXT Storia coming for mine as i've sold my TTX, on a large frame. The only issue the piggyback is quite big so i'm not 100% sure it will fit at this stage. Have to wait and see...

Hey man I'm looking at doing this as I already have the ttx 22 on my slash. What's the detail on the trunnion mount? Is it a different shock body? Looks sick!
Cheers
No, shock is the same. As long as it’s the correct size TF Tuned sell the mounting hardware with Through Bolt to fit to Trunnion frame mounts. Give them a call, they’ll talk you through it!

Finally got correct mounting hardware, fits great on Med frame with Reb adjuster on rear at the bottom. Mine came with the LS spring too.
For those asking about the stroke printed on the Jade they are a standard 65mm but use the bottom spring perch to alter stroke by supplying diff thicknesses for application.
Looking forward to trying it out, yes I fitted to a dirty bike haha, had just got back from ride and parts turned up.....couldn't wait ?

Out of interest, how heavy kitted up are you for that weight of spring?

How much preload? Shouldn’t be more than 2-3 turns I think. More than 3 turns means the spring is too soft.

According to the spring rate calculation on TFTuned I need a 539lb spring for 28% sag, and that’s without taking into account the extra weight of an eBike.

Just went and unwound till spring was just loose and its exactly 3 turns, so 550 is prob bang on, think my reb is too fast so might send back for a stiffer tune, will see how it goes tomorrow b4 work and report back. If it needs a 550 it'll def need a slower reb tune anyway.

Interesting, thats miles out on the TF calculator.

I have a 450 on my other bike, i'm about 85kg kitted so will try that to start with. Reluctant to buy anything yet as i'm not even sure the EXT Storia will clear the downtube on full compression.

So just had first ride on Jade X, left reb all the way in and its SICK!
Biggest noticeable thing on decents was how much harder I could brake without locking rear....huge improvement! Pedaled the whole ride in full open, no dramas at all, tried the full lockout for 10 sec and was like being on a hard tail.
The 500lb spring was really nice and plush for my 95kg ride weight, disnt notice any bottom outs.
The shock is plush as a plush thing!
No regrets in the slightest after maiden ride, have only had six rides in total on the Rail 9 and am beating KOM's even in winter ?

Can confirm the EXT Storia does fit, but needs the shorter piggyback option. (45mm rather than 55mm).

Bike was running 230x60 for a bit more rear travel, had to put a spacer in, so it's now 230x59 to ensure it doesn't hit on hard bottom out.
