I'm interested in getting my own TQ service dongle and have registered as 'dealer' on the portal.
I don't have a laptop - can I connect the cable usb to an android tablet (via a usb A to usb C adaptor) to have it work/display as on a laptop?
Maybe don't want to buy dongle if I can't work it like this...........thanks

No you need a windows pc, because you also need the tq software installed on it, and the tq software is only available for Windows - as far as I know anyway.

No , TQ dongle could work with laptop with Windows 10 minimum

My service shop runs it from a virtual Windows machine installed on a Mac.

Thanks to a good friend over here, I was sent a dongle so last night I updated my bike to the latest settings/firmware.

Was quite easy actually and I also ran a diagnostics and service report. No issues which was great.

Ive just realised this morning that each battery will need to be updated seperatly so thats tonights job as I have 2 x 360wh TQ batteries.
