No.. the total counter is not present in BLEvo.. I don't want to add it because it could be wrong.. it is better to use Strava for tracking the total km..
Okay thanks Paolo. I do use Strava now to check total Km's so I'm very pleased that's a function on BLevo. I'll be quiet now ;)

Thanks, but the navigator system is another thing.. it is the map shown during the ride where you are able to follow a GPX with the waypoints used for navigation indication.. what you are talking is the map of the tour after the ride... if I understood well..
and this is the function i am most interested in too! i’ve been selecting different maps, fooling around with OSM, downloading .gsx files from trailforks and strava. but i haven’t made much progress. yesterday on the trail, my map showed where i was and where i’d been, but the background was blank. i did download california on blevo and then san francisco area. maybe i try to watch your youtube videos again?

i did ride with smart power and heart monitor. supercool! i will have to compare similar loops and battery consumption to find the sweet spot.

I've just released the new 3.3.2 version of BLEvo for Android.
The most important news is the possibility of using BLEvo even without the connected bike. It is therefore possible to configure the fields to be shown on the display when the bike is not connected (see screenshot).

Here are all the news:
- Now you can run the Bike monitor even without the bike connected so you can use it even without the Levo
- Added "Time of day" field in the fields that can be displayed on the bike monitor
- GPXs are now also analyzed in a possible subfolder
- Now you can select all map types even in the tour map view
- Added the ability to view 2 data fields on the map page
- Graphic optimization
- Bugfix: Loading GPX on phones with Android 5.1.1
- Bugfix: Management cadence to zero

Download the update from Google Play
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dopa.android.blevo&hl=it

@Rob Hancill there should be a nnn.GPX attachment (mine appears right at the bottom of the email sent from BLEvo) which you save locally and then upload to Strava. I use an x too and it works for me...

EDIT: Just seen your further post...

My process is to hit the "send GPX" (which composes an email with all the textual data AND the GPX attachment) and then save to the computer and upload to Strava from there.... (you can actually do it all from the phone if you save the GPX from the email to cloud storage and then upload to strava from the same place)

Used the app for the first time yesterday & love the data the app provides, however I'm trying to upload the ride to Strava on my iPhone (without sending to a computer). I 'Send GPX' & get the text data & the attachment, but cannot work out how to save the GPX file to my phone/cloud storage from that point for subsequent uploading to Strava ? Any help appreciated...

App suggestions:
- A send to Strava option
- Change the word 'Tour' used throughout the interface & logfile to 'Ride'

For now the automatic upload in Strava in not yet implemented in iOS. In Android is present.
In order to import the track, please send the TCX file via email to your computer and upload following this link Log In | Strava
I think with iOS is not possible to upload a file directly from the phone. I don't understand why iOS doesn't have the "normal" file concept with a file manager. But I'm not an expert of iOS, so maybe someone else knows the solution.
About the word "Tour", I will change in ride if this is more correct..
Thanks for the suggestions.

If I want to do it all from my (i)phone I do this;
1. email the TCX from BLEvo
2. Open the email on phone and save attachment to iCloud Drive (or OneDrive, Dropbox etc.)
3. Login to Strava
4. Upload ride from cloud storage
5. Go ride some more ??

Thanks for that Stumpy! I got the file to Cloud storage once I emailed it. However did you upload to Strava from Cloud using Strava on your phone to or via the Strava desktop app as I cant see the ability to select & upload a file on iOS from any of the options pictured on attached, unless its a upgrade option?!

Paulo, yes we would say New Ride, Ride Time, Ride Map etc not tour.

Sorry, forgot to add that bit... No, just use the desktop site via safari on iOS - you can do this by clicking on the share sheet button (the box with an arrow pointing up through the middle of it that is located at the bottom of the screen) and click "request desktop site". It may render a bit small on the phone but a bit of pinch zooming will allow you to login and see the upload options etc.

PS: you need to charge your phone up ?

Hi Paolo and anyone who may have had this problem.....

I cannot seem to connect to my 2019 Levo now.
The only thing that has changed is TCU which Berkshire Cycles replaced. Even since then I get the following when I insert the TCU pin number.
Not sure if you have seen this error before?
When trying to connect the Blue light on the TCU flashes which is normal behaviour but as soon as I insert the pin I instantly get the error below.

I tried deleting Blevo and reinstalling but that has not made any difference :(

Hi, this is LEVO SEVILLA, new at the forum. I own a Turbo Levo Expert 2019. I' ve just started to use BLEvo. I set the real circumference of my rear wheel at 2285 mm., after measuring it. Should I set it at 2255 mm.? Did I go wrong? Thank you so much.

Hi Paolo and anyone who may have had this problem.....

Hi.
I had the same problems with my 2019 Levo. It stucked while reading the parameters, mostly on parameter 0, sometimes on any other parameter.

I tried different things: Deleting MC App, reinstalling BLevo, deleting Bluetooth settings, new pairing, Update Android 9: No effects.

Connecting with MC App possible, also with BLevo via iPhone X.

Strangely: By updating on BLevo 3.3.0 the problem solved itself.

Which version of BLevo is yours?

Try to disconnect the accu for several hours and load it to 100%. Don't know if that has any effect, but the night before the update 3.3.0 was available I loaded the accu from ~40% to 100%.

Good luck.

I saw that you don't have the latest BLEvo version.
In the latest version I optimised the connection to Levo 2019..
Just remember that the Levo 2019 can be paired only with one phone. If you use another phone you need to force the paring, removing the device from the Bluetooth list.
Ciao.

Just an FYI, I'm going to be doing a full length YouTube video on BLEvo very soon :)
Nice ! Looking forward to watch it.

I'm considering switching from MC to BLEvo on my new Levo 2018.

After an update at my LBS, wheel circumference is set to 2300mm in MC... I'm running 2.6 Magic Mary on the standard 27.5 wheels which I think it's far from 2300mm maybe closer to 2175mm, I will measure it precisely to set it right. I don't want to go over the 25kph limit but don't want to be limited to 22-23kph... I'm also interested in testing the smart power feature in BLEvo.

Before pulling the trigger, I have three questions :

- Maybe I've missed it but is BLEvo compatible with my battery and motor firmware. Battery A.17.1 and motor 5.0.4. I've read that A.17.1 is about the same as X.23.X but in hexadecimal and BLEvo is compatible with X.23.X. But could you please confirm that BLEvo will be ok with my firmwares.
- Can I switch from BLEvo to MC in the future, if I want to come back to it. As simple as I Think ? Simply kill an app and then look for the Levo in the other one ?
- Is there something equivalent to the fake channel in BLEvo ? I'd like to send the battery % information to my bike computer via ANT+ like with MC (Sigma ROX 10.0). My phone will be in my pocket.

I am on 3.3.1 on Android
I will try the above and see what happens.

No, Berkshire changed the TCU and from that point on any attempt to connect via Blevo displays the error message

I have just removed the Blevo App from the phone again and have tried just connecting to the bike via Bluetooth only and I get exactly the same error.

I have tried 2 other phones with and without Blevo with no success.

This may not be a Blevo issue?

Yes BLEvo is compatible with all 2018 model and all firmware

Yes for sure. The only thing is that you cannot use at the same time
- Is there something equivalent to the fake channel in BLEvo ? I'd like to send the battery % information to my bike computer via ANT+ like with MC (Sigma ROX 10.0). My phone will be in my pocket.
You can set the fake channel in MC. But if you set the fake channel you will lost the cadence information in BLEvo, so the Smart Power will have some problem.
Ciao.
Enjoy your ride.

I fully understand why but it could be the only way to see if it is firmware related or not.

Karsten
Yes this is the only check that you can do and if you are not able to connect also with MC, you can go to the dealer and ask for warranty replacement..
If it will work with MC, please send the screen shot of the TCU version.
In my understanding there are 3 TCU version:
- 2.019 (x.13 in MC) with speed unlock
- 2.025 (x.19 in MC) without speed unlock but with bug fix and the shuttle function
- 2.026 (x.1A in MC) without speed unlock and with the wheel size continually checked. It cannot be under 2000mm..

BLEvo can be connected with all this 3 versions.
