there are clips inside the downtube to hold the cables, sometimes they come out. take the battery out and you will see them just push the cables back in

I often use my Trek to “walk” my dog. Haven’t managed to tire her out yet though.

Its just an experiment but i actually found it really nice to ride once i got over the skinny tyre look lol.
Front is 29 x 2.35 rear is 27.5 x 2.8
I dont think it changes the geometry much as both wheels have more or less the same diameter.
Its proper cold here mate as you can see by the snow we are having an unussually hard winter this year
Merry Christmass ccrdave - I am curious about this set up. My other turbo levo is a motorcycle so I like the way that mirrors a dirt bike set up. Was that where you got the idea? I've got a 2.6 hillbilly up front and a butcher 2.8 on the rear. It feels like the hillbilly is narrow and really grips and is really steady up front, and the butcher's full round profile helps the bike roll over into and out of turns nicely and I think the extra volume adds to the effective suspension of the rear. A 29 up front might help me gain back a few mm of bb height that I gave up when I took off the 3.0 purgatorys.
