The Wh/km is calculated in function of the parameter "Calculate the autonomy including the descent data". This is because when the motor is not consuming (e.g. during the descent), in my opinion the km should not be considered.. So with this option you can select the different calculation mode..Hi @PaoloBLEvo
I've been doing some rides on my Levo with SmartPower&HR and enjoying seeing how economical it can be with the battery. However, I have a question about average consumption per mile.
On today's ride I did 24.86 miles consuming 110Wh of battery, 110/24.86 = 4.42 Wh/mile
The screenshot below, which I get to see by choosing 'more details', shows 6.93 Wh/mile.
The screenshot below that, which is the overview one for the ride, shows 4.31 Wh/mile which is much closer to my calculation.
Can you explain why the figures on these two screenshots are different.
Many thanks

You are right.. there is a bug in the tour list.. thanks.. I will fix in the next release..I've noticed a number of what seem to be inconsistencies in values displayed. In your case, if you do the conversion you'll find that 6.93 is 1.61 x 4.31, where 1.61 is the number of kilometers in a mile. IOW, there's a mistake in the app where the miles to km conversion is not being done. I'm not sure this is happening in other places.
Just a suggestion - no idea if it will work - but what if you try the restore factory settings function in Mission Control? I think it's top right on the Tune screen.Hi,
I am having a problem with my Kenevo expert (2019) and the Blevo speed limiter adjustment.
.
Thanks for the help! Last night I took the battery of the bike and now I installed it back. I opened mission control. Mission control does not show the restore factory settings. I also now noticed that I can not see any information about the engine. I opened Blevo and now it shows that the engine is not on ("red light"). I think I just have to take the bike to the bike shop and deal with the consequences...maybe it might be a costly visit.Just a suggestion - no idea if it will work - but what if you try the restore factory settings function in Mission Control? not yet, sorrySo... is there any chance that we will be able to configure a landscape screen on an ios device? Sorry if this has been asked already!
I think the phone has the barometer, am I right?I am guessing this was already asked in this thread but I was not able to find it. I have been using BLevo for over a year on my 2019 Turbo Levo Expert and the Ascent value has always been mostly accurate compared to another Garmin I use at the same time.
Just in the last week, the value has increased to almost double what it should be. Everything else is matching up with my Garmin app accept for the ascent value.
Just got off a ride and my Garmin shows the ascent value at 2985 feet and the BLevo app is showing 5553 feet.
Any ideas, has anyone experienced the over calculated value?
Thank you for any help in advance.

If you have a battery extender, you can configure BLEvo to calculate the use of the 2 batteries@MTBGUY65 - sorry, can't answer your question, but I'm curious as to why your 515wh battery usage is split into two: 380 + 135. Do you have two battery sources?
I think you could have some issue in the cable between battery and motor.. please try to clean the contacts..Thanks for the help! The connection on iOS should be stable.. It is very strange.. you can try to re-install the app (sorry but you lost all the rides) or you can try with another phone.. Let me know..Hi Paolo... Creo Expert EVO. BLEvo v3.5.8 iOS I have been having problems with the App losing connection to the bike during rides... My phone still shows a connection and so does the bike but I lose all power... I am able sometimes to restart the connection by turning off the motor and restart the pairing... But that does not always work, then I have to start a New Ride which is a PITA since I loose all the data for the first part of the ride... Is there anything I can do to keep the connection during my ride.... Thanks, Dexter
Yes it does it is Samsung Note 9.I think the phone has the barometer, am I right?
Are you sure that you wait the GPS signal before start the ride?Hi Paolo. I keep getting blank rides in between every actual ride. i.e. no data for a ride that never actually happened. I delete them of course, but what's causing them to appear?
Are you using some other app in parallel? Because I understood that if the barometer is used by another app, BLEvo calculates wrongly the ascent value..Yes it does it is Samsung Note 9.
Yes it show the GPS and Bike had the thumbs up.Are you sure that you wait the GPS signal before start the ride?
Please try to use a different map type..My BLevo crashes as soon as I try to start a ride. Attached are the crash files. I sure hope you can see what is making it crash from the attachments.
I will really miss using the app.
Are you sure that the battery optimization is disabled for BLEvo?Yes it show the GPS and Bike had the thumbs up.
Hi Paolo... I removed the App and installed the new version like you suggested and I'm having some problems with the setup... I'm trying to use Smart Power and Smart HR together and the new version will not let me enable the Smart HR function which I use a lot!The connection on iOS should be stable.. BLEvo never allow to use 0% of assistance.. strange that you could do..Hi Paolo... I removed the App and installed the new version like you suggested and I'm having some problems with the setup... The second problem is on Eco, in the older version I could set the parameters from 0% to 10% and now it will only let me go to 1% to 10%!! I want my bike to be using 0% battery when I'm under 200w leg power. Does this mean I will be using 1% of the battery all the time when I'm under 200w?
Thanks Paolo... For some reason my HR monitor belt was not stored when I added the new update...BLEvo never allow to use 0% of assistance.. strange that you could do..
About the Smart HR you have to setup the heart rate monitor belt or configure BLEvo to use the Apple Watch.
Could be, as I usually am inside when I start. I’ll check next time. Are you sure that you wait the GPS signal before start the ride?
The wheel diameter setting should be your actual wheel diameter, this will keep the distance covered true. The MPH change is the 'unrestrict' setting
so changing the mph will allow me to go past the default 20mph? what is the "speed x value " used for?You need to change what you want to change..
If you want to change the speed limit, change the speed limit. The wheel size must be the real wheel size..
