1450+550= 2000 but 2600 on their website? 😅
sorry mistake, the frame costs 2600 + shipping from their website

check their site for more info

i already had a motor so i saved myself 550 for that motor kit + shipping and taxes on that

it certainly is not the cheapest but it is one of the more well thought out frames in my eyes. and it certainly looks better than any dengfu
pricing seem same as hybridizer ect

Ah. Didn't realize the website price already included tax+shipping. 👍

this is how it stands right now
i got an inclinometer from work to measure the angles, headtube is right at 63* and seattube is 74

seatpost from rails to seatpost clamp is 270mm and a max insertion depth of 340mm shows it fits a Oneup 240mm dropper. I'm 182cm btw
frame is comfortable to sit. toptube is slightly less long compared to e10 and i will say this is better fit compared to my slightly to large 19.5" e10.

wheelbase is right at 1300mm, Yes that is very long but for gravity riding just perfect 👌

I'm very happy with the angles. center of seat is right on the front part of the rear tire
(on e10 it was almost center of rear axle which for climbing sucked donkey balls)

i did measure my current e10 build as well

some info
full 29"
oneup 210 dropper
216x63 rear shock with 1 offset bush(170mm rear)
160mm 29" front
2.6" tire size

headtube angle 65-*
seatpost angle 68.5*
attempt to measure stack height( bottom stem bolt to ground) 102.5cm

the stack height i didnt want to make bigger compared to e10 for trail handling and climbing ect. i have found front washes out quickly if i go any higher on e10.

currently the stack height is same on the 2 bikes, because on the kunlun i made the stem as low as possible with 1 3mm stem
spacer

I follow with great interest and I congratulate you. I saw the weight of the frame and I see that on balance the weight is the same as that of the E10 or am I wrong?

yes frame weight looks about same
but this frame does not have steel battery locks and a slightly smaller battery which saves almost 700gr (see scale pics battery comparison previous page)

the components used in this build are bigger and more burly, so it is interesting to see what the final weight will be compared to my other builds

would you look at this 🔥🔥

fitment of Visionvelo zeb fender

IMG_2329.jpeg

i had to protect the driveside chainstay a litle more, one chain mishap and it could all be destroyed. I used a minimum of electrical tape to protect the chainstays from the fender.
this frame for sure does not fit a 29" wheel because this 27.5 2.6" eddy current just fits

My frame arrived a few days ago too... that is one heavy ass shock isn't it  I'm building mine up with a fox x2 230 x 65 and a fox 38 180mm fork but still waiting on the shock hardware to arrive... I'm going to do an unboxing video for YouTube once I get all the bits to fit the shock to the frame... keep us posted on your first ride and finale build weight (y)

I'm considering purchasing this frame, I would need to know the measurements of the battery and the height of the bottom bracket. I thank in advance anyone who can give me this information.

i will measure the battery later
my bb height is higher because i use an slightly longer front shock, in one of my last pics you can see

still interested to know the measurement with 190 forks ?

Hi, thank you very kindly, the size of the battery is enough for me considering that I would like to fit a 180mm fork and a 230x60 shock absorber

battery size is 500x75x60 mm

bleeding of the brakes was the easiest i ever did! well done TRP! took me 3 min each

also adjusted the shifter and installed the dropper

i threw all the parts on the bike quickly and weigh it. this i was the most curious at.

because of bad weather i didnt testride it yet or took any pics...

IMG_2354.jpeg

still acceptable weight i think, mind it is basicly a DH bike at this point

my E10 with smashpot and same rims was heavier in the end at 26.9kg

what do you guys think?

this is how the oneup 240 v2 ended up fitting.

not great but not that bad either..
dropping action is smooth
i run the dropper flush with seat collar for the most drop. standover
height is now almost 2cm lower compared to e10
IMG_2357.jpeg

i was not able to fit any of my chainguards. bafang gave me the wrong spider i think

IMG_2360.jpeg

Awesome build, I love that the frame is actually well finished and looks much higher quality than the Dengfu junk I got 😂. The integrated display is a great finish as well, I’m jealous. Really like that it uses an actual Bafang battery too, I don’t trust the no-name batteries even though they’re still using good cells and aren’t cheap, something about it being from a big brand makes me feel safer.

If it hadn’t been a mullet only frame it would have interested me when I had to switch frames part of the way through my build plan. I think my next build will have more travel, not because I ride super hard but because I’m a heavy dude and I tend to use up travel easily. I’m surprised with your battery being so light and carbon wheels that it still weighed as much as it did, but I guess that shock is a beast as well as a pretty big fork. The final weight on my E82 with 160/160 travel and my own 720Wh battery invention was 23.96kg.

When you were asking about the chain guide in the other thread I didn’t realize you had an M510, I wonder if that’s the different and why it doesn’t fit quite right, I’m on an M560. Although @Sayonara seemed to have the same issue as you on an M560. I’ll have to see if I can make any measurements on mine for you to compare to. Took an awkward fall off my bike yesterday due to landing in a bunch of slippery leaves and messed up my shoulder pretty good so I won’t be riding for a few weeks… Will give me a chance to figure out my battery issue with the Dengfu pack.

much of that weight is heavy parts tho like suspension wheels and tires. your tires are half the weight of mine + inserts

if you build this as a 170/170 with your parts i expect same weight around 24kg

but yeah 1-2 kg difference on a bike like this doesnt matter all that much. just hit the gym :)

maybe there are some markings on your chainring holder ? maybe looks same but maybe it is not

I actually do have the huge e-bike CushCores in mine, but the lighter casing (Which I didn't necessarily intend to get) makes a difference for sure.

I’ll check for markings, I don’t remember any though. Definitely nothing on the outer face, I’ll have to check on the inside that faces the motor. It does appear to be the same one though.
