Anyone have the lower shock mount bolt dimensions? I broke mine this weekend somehow and need something ASAP. I already contacted Jim Lee for a replacement but wanted to see if I can also source something state side.

Can't seem to get power to my display. I have a second display and that won't power up either, so I don't think the issue is with the display. Battery is fully charged and I have a brand new main cables setup. What should I be doing to troubleshoot my issue? I don't want to install everything back into the frame until I know it's working. All cables are securely connected.

Thanks

Hey did you find a solution for your problem ? Here we have same problem. Screen doesnt turn on. But if we unplug the battery we are able to start the screen once... Then it doesnt turn on again. We already change the controller and same behavior. Anyone know how to fix it ?

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my lce930, in addition to the headset, I have a problem with the gearbox. It struggles to shift gears. I think the cable routing is too tight in the rear triangle area. Have you solved it?

I had a problem with my brakes and found that the gap between the top of the motor and the frame had squashed the hose, sounds like you need to pull the motor out and check.

I've already checked and the sheath seems fine to me. It's the "S" that forms between the front and rear triangles

I had an issue with the black plug next to the yellow plug on the motor. if its not pushed in hard enough, nothing turns on. I have to use pliers for a little more leverage to get it to seat fully in the plug. make sure to test it before tightening the 3 mounting bolts.

the lce930 headset is bad. look into the ACROS ICR headset thats been mentioned on this site. The cable routing is excellent for the LCE930, you may want to redo your cables. You have to have perfect cable length and placement or else the motor will bind things up.

The shifting wire makes a tight bend from front to rear triangle, be careful not to make a kink at that place. I did the mistake of pulling it from there, do not do that, route it all the way and then pull it from the end. Also when putting motor in place, push the cables and hose to the sides, if they are in the middle they will be squeezed between motor and the carbon. There should have been more space here, seems like a design flaw, even just 2-3 mm would have been enough. Also some kind of attachments for the cables would make it more professional.

hi thanks, ok I tried to be very careful but it seems that it takes a lot of force to withdraw the wire for the gear change, maybe with a new wire and putting grease on it before inserting it can the problem be limited?

hello

Could you tell me how to activate the extra power mode (ROCKY PASS FEELING.) which according to Bafang can give 95 Nm for a limited time.
greetings

Hi, I'm waiting for the Cef50. They should deliver the frame to me tomorrow. I made this modification for ICR. I attach
photos. I hope to be useful to you.

Ma anche no.

the green triangular connector that connects to the display must pass through one of those holes.
Hi you're right I didn't remember about the green cable I will find a way when I have everything before my eyes thanks for the note you made

HI All. I see from another thread there appears to be a range extender battery for this motor/frame. I can't see how to source one though? Anyone know where it can be obtained and for how much? Cheers.

In addition, if there is a strong requirement for the LCE930 and LCE971 to be routed outside the head tube, we can also help dig holes on the left and right sides, and each hole can pass two cables. However, the display thread is relatively thick, so it is recommended to pass it through the head set cover.
Generally, a $10 labor fee will be added. It is necessary to drill holes after the frame is raw finished but before painting. We have enhanced this location on all frames in case you need to make holes.
@JimLee-Lightcarbon can we buy these cable ports to install/modify them ourselves?
