use BESST tool change the motor to 43V
I would like that, but I don't have it(seriously considering buying it now though). They said they will send me new controller and display. I don't know if I actually need a new display but that is what they said.

I got a message from fedex about I kg package on the way so I hope this is it.

Finally got my battery and missing pieces from my original order and finished my bike this weekend. Lightcarbon wheels, 27.5/29. Specialized purgatory 2.3 tires. Manitou Mara inline shock and Mattoc pro fork. Hope Tech4 E4 brakes with 203mm Shimano MT900 rotors. She weighed in right at 18kg. I think I can decase the bafang battery and save around 0.5kg.. we'll see. Here she is!!

Went for a short 8 mile road ride today up the coast. Used all the modes. Consumed 27% battery. My thoughts... The bike feels plenty powerful. Almost like my specialized turbo levo, but sooooo much lighter! I really like the 245 color display, it's easy to use and easy to see, and just feels modern. The motor did get noticably warm after a decent climb in boost mode. It definitely rattles when not pedaling. The motor is louder than my levo, but not much louder (maybe 15% louder?). One thing I did not like, the motor keeps running when I stop pedaling. At times it does this for over a second. This feels dangerous... my levo definitely does not do this. Is there any way to change this?

Overall very happy with the bike. Can't wait to get out it on a trail!

what wheel/ tyre size is everyone going with ? i was thinking of sticking to a 27.5 front and rear with either a 2.4-2.6 tyre but wondering if i should step up to 29er? im a shorter rider hence wanting to stick with 27s but it seems there on the way out and everything i look at is 29er so seems logical to go that way to keep things simple and easy in terms of parts. it also looks like this frame was optimised for the 29er platform. has anybody tried the frame with both sizes and have feed back? i had thought about mullet but have gone away from that idea now any input welcome . cheers
Got mine set up 27.5 with 155mm cranks, feels great I'm also a tall guy. No complaints .

The bike is a dream, 27.5 front and back, 150/180 travel, 155mm cranks, 50mm rise bar, 10 speed (10-42). Moto-inspired Build.

Feels good with the coil, oversprung it a bit, around 25% sag. I'll give it a final weight soon, should be around 45lb. Was not weight-conscious with the build.

Any update on a range extender. Took my bike for its first outing. 850 meters climbing and about 33km before I had the limp home the last few km. Would like to always get about the 1000 meters in climbing

If you have good contact with bafang you should report to them that the GO+ app is "updating" all firmwares to 36V versions even if normally running 43V or 48V!

M820 supports Bafang go+. It is a problem with the software version uploaded to the cloud by the Bafang go+ background. There is no bulk buyer feedback on this problem because they can have the newest version of software,

What is the hardware information and software information of your motor? tell me and I will send to bafang, they can upload a correct software to you alone.

I guess this is what you need.

Has anyone experienced headset creaking on this frame? I Just had my 4th ride today and it started creaking quite badly.

Yes, I have the same issue. It started creaking almost instantly. I took it apart, cleaned, regressed, put it back together, but the problem persisted.
I bought new headset, but haven't got the time to install it yet. After installation, it will be clear if it is the issue with the headset or the frame(bearing seats out of specs, directly in carbon frame). I will report back.

What headset did you buy?

Hi Clix
have you tried putting some carbon paste in the bearing seat instead of grease before reinserting it?

Regarding the abnormal noise from the head set of LCE930, can you give me a short video? put the bearings on the carbon directly is right, no any spacers,
