I reckon the summary will be "best ebike ever just grab one as fast as possible before they're sold out "Summary of reviews: game changer, best bike ever, wish it came with more travel.
I'm thinking more like "Great bike, fantastic motor. Nothing really ground breaking in today's market, Happy that it's also available inI reckon the summary will be "best ebike ever just grab one as fast as possible before they're sold out "
I know frikken so disappointed R you also waiting or a supplier ?Yip ... problems with the container coming into port .....
When you say no one, are you using the Levo gen4 thread standard of n*3 minimum repetitions before it's actually accepted as said and discussed ?how come no one is talking about the fact that the transmission is powered by the main battery? I think that is pretty cool!
Take a look around you and check out the latest trends.I'm thinking more like "Great bike, fantastic motor. Nothing really ground breaking in today's market, Happy that it's also available inPiss Flap PinkOral Pink"
What is your best guess as to when discounts start? As someone who's actually thinking of buying it, I don't clearly remember how soon they've started discounting the gen3 and Levo SL gen2 - I think 4 months after launch? Wondering if I can wait and get it at a (more) decent price by summertime. Thoughts?
Probably not. 45km/h would mean S-pedelec status in EU, which means insurance, plates and license to ride. Also, it would restrict heavily where you could ride. And the bike should be fitted with rear mirrors, fixed lights etc.Thanks. Any idea if the speed limit switching will make it in the EU models? Or are we stuck with 25kmh only?

My concern isn't safety, but rather politics. It's already a constant fight to get ebikes allowed at all, and this is an arrow in the quiver of the gatekeepers.Respectfully, I've never understood the logic of not allowing a class 3 on trails if the only distinction between it an a class 1 is the maximum speed it will go. I completely understand and agree with not allowing motorized bikes with throttles on trails.
Not allowing a class 3 mountain bike on a trail because it is capable of going faster than 20mph is the same logic as not allowing a car to drive on a road that can go faster than the posted speed limit.
If your concern is people promising to go slow and not following rules, highly experienced analog riders often go much faster downhill and any e-bike rider can also go faster than the pedal assist limit when doing downhill. When I'm on paved roads going downhill, my bike often goes into the mid 30s.
I bought a Bulls Iconic specifically because it's a class 3 because the majority of my use is riding locally along the coast from my home. It's at least 1 hour round trip for me to drive to any trails. When I do ride on trails, I never go over 20mph and most of the time, much less than that.
If the concern is a bike that can go faster than the posted limit, I live in California and every time I see a posted speed limit on a trail, it is 15mph, so with this thinking, perhaps class 1 bikes shouldn't be allowed on these same trails either.
Memorial Day in the USA, about a month after release. What is your best guess as to when discounts start? Same here, I am fan of Manitou Mezzer+ Mara Pro + Dominion A4 brakes.Waiting for the Frameset ...
I don't like the spec on the S-works full bike (I am not a fan of Kashima) so want to go the Rockshox route and the Wireless XTR Shifters and brakes. (just to be different)when they land
Could get a comp (but I don't like pink bikes and the orange is just too out there) and I am scared ill miss out on the extra 10mn.
But I will generally ride the bike in the new Auto mode anyways for most of the time ... So will see when they land what colour I like the most.
If they are all wired, then that’s awesome! I can tell it’s wired in on the sworks, but hard to tell if lower levels are that way from the pics…When you say no one, are you using the Levo gen4 thread standard of n*3 minimum repetitions before it's actually accepted as said and discussed ?
Where did you get it?New on here what up peeps. I’ve got a turbo Levo G4 pro on order, my LBS has one in I rode it yesterday the motor feels fucking great and insanely quiet, but 52lbs and the downtube is massive like wtf specialized! I’m sure it’s gonna go insane but I’m struggling mentally with the aesthetics of the CHODE of a downtube. Im gonna ride it out tho, I got 15% off the new bike, the AMFLOW is not coming available in the US anytime soon and prices are all going up now…..soooo
I'm not too crazy about that. Much of our local riding is in the mountains next to wilderness areas. No services, few people, in the backcountry. If I ran out of main battery, or there's a power system failure, not being able to shift while pedaling out would not be fun.how come no one is talking about the fact that the transmission is powered by the main battery? I think that is pretty cool!
I think you can swap in a battery if you need to. Something else to carry, but not a big deal on those long days.I'm not too crazy about that. If I ran out of main battery, or there's a power system failure, not being able to shift while pedaling out would not be fun.
Admittedly a worst case scenario, but for my use case, it's something to think about.
I prefer to carry a spare battery at a few gram not kilohow come no one is talking about the fact that the transmission is powered by the main battery? I think that is pretty cool!
You can still run the sram battery if you needed to as a backup.I'm not too crazy about that. Much of our local riding is in the mountains next to wilderness areas.
