• Warning!!

Riding a tuned or deristricted EMTB is not a trivial offence and can have serious legal consequences. Also, many manufacturers can detect the use of a tuning device or deristricting method and may decline a repair under warranty if it was modified from the intended original specification. Deristricting EMTB's can also add increased loads for motors and batteries. Riding above the local law limit may reclassify the bike as a low-powered bike, requiring insurance, registration and a number plate.

Be aware of your local country laws. Many laws prohibit use of modified EMTB's. It is your responsibility to check local laws. Ignoring it, has potential implications to trail access, and risk of prosecution in the event of an accident.

Currently Amflow will be totally derestricted if you set it to NZ.

I believe its not "unrestricted" doesn't it just change it to the US/NZ 20mph max?

Well, I'm hopeful at least in the States that Bosch will be forced to increase the cutoff of their motor systems. Otherwise, most people will not purchase a new bike when Spesh is about to give their customers the choice to raise the limiter on the new Levo. This choice should have always been left up to the consumer and not the manufacturers. Besides, I'm not sure how often you guys ride on private land, but I certainly do a lot of rides on private property.

It looks very good. Sadly I have rim magnet no brake magnet 🤔😏.
You can have that converted by your local bike dealer very easily. They remove the RIM magnet and replace with a cable and sensor from the motor to a new hub magnet on the rear wheel. they then reprogramme the software to use the external sensor instead of the builtin motor sensor.

Yes that is true. I will contact few around me. I found them on bosch site.

I read a few problems with this planetary gears. Bikes going to limp mode. Sooner or later..

Maybe I Will just wait for a good chip. I hope they will be. I heard volspeed working on it. It will be available in summer.
