Hey @Amflow_Support what diameter in mm is the 29in wheel set at in the amflow system. I installed a garmin speed sensor and set the diameter to 2300mm and the amflow is still reporting more distance covered than the speed sensor.
We've got the diameter set at 736mm, and each spin covers about 2311mm. The Amflow PL uses the DJI Avinox electric assist system to figure out your riding distance and speed based on the rear wheel speed sensor (wheel speed * wheel diameter). Just a heads up, this isn't the actual distance or speed since there's no GNSS or IMU involved.

In your FAQ´s are written:

What is the maximum load capacity of the frame?

The maximum load capacity is 125 kg, which includes the rider's weight, any additional items being carried, and the weight of equipment mounted onto the frame.

But the weight limit for the KS RAGE-i dropper post is 90kg . . .

So i think the maxium riders weight including backpack pp. should not exceed 90kg . . . am I right?

Dear Daytrader, Thanks for hanging in there while we got in touch with our R&D folks. Good news! The KS Rage-i seat post on our bikes is all set to handle a total weight of 125kg. No worries about any separate weight limit for the seat post.

Hello Ampflow Team I have a few small requests for the next update. I am sure that some in the community have similar wishes. I would like to be able to freely arrange the support levels. for example first ECO, then Auto, etc.. Currently I have configured the Auto mode so that it supports more than the ECO. Then I would save myself the support hole that occurs when shifting up. It would also be helpful to create 2 or 3 profiles, for example if you want to ride long tours with adapted support levels or a shorter power lap where battery saving is not important. The information on the display is too small. I would like to have the option of displaying only 2 pieces of information that are just as large as the speed on the first page. Thanks in Advanced.

Hi @Amflow_Support I would like to ask you - What will be Amflow's policy towards bikes after the 2-year warranty period for bikes expires: will replacement engine parts be offered for purchase or will there be a discount on the engine in case of a failure or there will be no post warranty support at all?

For the Avinox motor, we only provide after-sales repair services, not individual sales. The actual repair plan will depend on the specific cause of the malfunction. For the issues you encounter, please rest assured that we will collaborate with DJI to provide you with a targeted after-sales repair plan.

We recommend that you go to the authorized shop to deal with this issue, for your concern about the cost of labour, we still recommend that you go to the authorized shop where you originally purchased the bike, if you choose other authorized shops, then the authorized shop is likely to charge the cost of labour, even if it is the maintenance of the warranty, it is recommended that you communicate in advance with the shop to negotiate, thank you for your understanding.
Hi @Amflow_Support .. Out of Interest , how does that work when you buy directly from your good selves? I dont expect to have to ship back to Holland.

Hi @Amflow_Support. Could you please confirm for me what the exact colour code is for the Amflow decals on the bike? I'm looking to get some additional decals printed for some Industry Nine wheels and would also like to get the fork and shock decals re-printed to match as currently they aren't the same colour as the frame decals. If you could please confirm the RAD colour code and any other colour codes that would aid in me getting replacement decals it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, @EME! Regarding this, if the issue qualifies as a warranty case, then it will be addressed under the warranty terms. You can contact one of our authorized dealers.

If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding your experience with the dealers in the future, please feel free to share them with us. We are committed to continuously improving our service, and your input will be valuable in helping us achieve that. We will make sure to pass your feedback along to our service manager.

Hi, @greenbirdblacklion594! We understand the importance of having matching decals for customization. Unfortunately, currently we are unable to provide this information. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi Amflow _support,
i have been asked by my insurance company to provide a note or document that states that the power of the motor complies with Australian circumstances in terms of if the maximum power I.e. not above 250W.
where can I access this information in order to supply it? All they see is 800 battery size and the maximum boost amount!!

I have led you a bit astray with my last request.
its 25 km/hr ( not 250 watts) and 500Wmax output.
see wording from my policy:
• “Electric bicycles (E-bikes) that are electric “pedal-assist” or “pedelec” with a maximum power output of
500 watts and maximum assisted speed of 25 km/hour.
However, the following applies:
• The definition excludes bicycles fitted with an internal combustion engine or another source of
powered assistance; and
• An e-bike must be pedal-assist and configured as per the bicycle manufacturer’s original specification.”

never the less, can you point me to the relevant information that notes the motor complies either Aus regulation?

Hey @Amflow_Support I've torqued my seat post to 5nm but it still slowly slides down when on a ride
Can I go to higher torque?
Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please clarify if the issue is that the dropper seat post is retracting on its own, or if the seat post is not staying locked in place and is sliding down? If possible, could you provide a video of the issue?
This will help us better understand the issue
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Just use the same carbon paste you are supposed to use on your carbon bars.
