I broke the plastic door that covers the charge port. How does that come off and install? Those 4 screws seemed to release something interal but the door part didn't want to come off.
how heavy is the main battery ?.. as im thinking of dropping motor and getting main battery out and going 3 extenders . 1 on bike 2 in evoc e-bike back pack .The four screws self tap into the plastic back section. Once they are out you will need to give the front cover a little tweek with something to lever it off. Nothing else holds in on but be careful the rear part inside the frame (pictured below) doesn’t drop in or you’ll have to drop motor to refit.

I’d take the TCU out and see if those cables/connectors are a cause. Had that on my Alloy Levo and wrapped in foam tape to resolve.Just a quickie as you've had it apart, mine seems to have an annoying rattle from the downtube, did it look like any of the cables could be loosened or badly installed to create a rattle?
Need an article for the front page!
Thanks for that, its definitely coming from lower down, I'll drop the motor out and have a peek.I’d take the TCU out and see if those cables/connectors are a cause. Had that on my Alloy Levo and wrapped in foam tape to resolve.
Other than that there are two solid plastic pipes that guide the brake/shifter cables. Just a push fit at the top of down tube, could rattle if they came loose I suppose but you’d need to drop motor & battery out to see.
Same here. Sounds like cables on my SL. I've given up trying to find the source, but post back if you have any luck. Thanks for that, its definitely coming from lower down, I'll drop the motor out and have a peek.
Dropped motor out and tried wrapping cables with some foam, no joy noise is still there. I fear it may be coming from the motor so I'm going to use the 'ride it till it breaks' diagnostic system!Same here. Sounds like cables on my SL.
