thats what i do I have a 160mm lyric and its followed me through three bikesAs i mentioned in the german board i´m so afraid if there would be a PIKE in the new LEVO. My Öhlins works so well meanwhile i´m thinkin about keeping it and change forks before selling my old LEVO.
What do you think about that?
j.
Here in Austria all the LEVOs are still on the website.

There’s need and there’s want...
If we’re being completely honest I suspect that there are very few members of the forum who actually need an eBike, but we all want one.
As long as it´s Australia i dont care ,i live in Austria.I know why they are still on the website.
I was told Australia aren’t getting any of the new models this year
Only kidding
thats what i do I have a 160mm lyric and its followed me through three bikes
it seems there are only ht levo's, fs all kenovo?
I completely understand, but I'm primarily on road bike with around 8-10.000km a year and this would be my first MTB.
Want to mix up trainings during the winter and spring, when the roads are not in perfect condition, so I could ride on some nasty asphalt local roads, which I usually avoid and not worrying destroying expensive road machine.
If I'm honest, I would ride this 80% on asphalt and 20% on hard packed gravel roads. As totally inexperienced in MTB, I won't be hitting rooty / rocky trails any time soon.
The main concern is, that on longer climbs(asphalt), the ride on FSR, would be much more unpleasant, even with locked rear shock?
I see, these are some important facts where the 25 km/h limitation comes into play. On rough terrain this isn't really a big problem, but if you race those asphalt roads uphill like you do on your road bike you might encounter that speed-limitation on every single climb.
Anyway, the Brose motor would be a good choice since it's decoupling 100% over 25km/h and you won't have to pedal against a motor-resistance. The added weight of the ebike (around +10kg) is a nice training effect then
But yes, this doesn't sound like you do need a full-suspension - but i definitely would recommend to test-ride it anyway... you wouldn't be the first "trailriding convert" after you've touched the universe of e-mtb fun
So basically if "someone" is not going to do any steep trail climbs, would be good idea to change front chainring and the cassette?man are you in for a (good) surprise ))
I think they ride extremely well uphill. The main concern is, that on longer climbs(asphalt), the ride on FSR, would be much more unpleasant, even with locked rear shock?
How many of us have now been to our local Spec dealer and pre-ordered or reserved a new 2019 Turbo Levo?
and which model variant did you go for?
Does the boss know???my name is down
How do you know what to order?
Same colour same bike right?!Does the boss know???
Al, what does that mean exactly? Does that mean that Specialized has lots of Carbon Levo 2018 models but that the higher S-Works and Expert will get the 2019 update?
Not what I said at all. I just said they have all of the current 2018 carbon Levos in stockSeems so, yes!

The right strategy is always the same: black bike so you can change it anytime because bike brands never miss to make a new bike total black. Not because is nice (total black is fucking boring) but to help men with a boss....Same colour same bike right?!
