Levo comp post mount size (for Hope)

Richie, as far as I know, you'll need the HBML mount for the front which will convert from the 180 post mount to the 200 disc. For the rear, the caliper should just bolt onto the post mount without an adaptor for a 180 disc.

Hope floating rotors with Guide RE's

I love them, pull them hard enough and you can lock them both but it’s really easy to modulate them to bring you to a quick stop with no drama. The adjustability is brilliant, and, in my opinion, then look great. Due to the replaceability of each part this is definitely a set of brakes for...

    Best eMTB stand?

I bought one of these (was £35 at the time) and it holds my Levo at any angle perfectly. Seems really well made. www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00MQRNO5S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    Headset 2019 Levo

I know it sounds daft but I had a similar sound from my '19 comp. I was convinced it was coming from the headset - it was a bit of grit in the seatpost clamp. Push and pull the seat around and see if you can make it happen at the back of the bike. Bikescene just loosened the seat clamp and...

Other stuff to keep you busy if you can't ride (self isolating).

?? I thought, if I'm a rubbish shot, it might be worthwhile trying to fashion some sort of sling and trigger mechanism, I could fly the rifle down the range and shoot it from a shorter distance thereby reducing my groupings.

Other stuff to keep you busy if you can't ride (self isolating).

Afternoon ladies and gents, Just wondered what everyone else is planning on doing to keep themselves busy over the next few months. I've been working from home this week so it's given me chance to get on top of the cleaning etc (??). Other than that I've got a Mavic Pro which I'm planning on...

Review Bikehut 1600 lumen front bike light

I had trouble with the mount on mine not holding properly - I got a Hope Universal QR mount from BikeScene for a tenner which works perfectly and is way better than the original. Screws directly into the light so it looks much cleaner as well...

Which brakes would your chose, vote now.

Why the Hope E4s and not the V4s. Your bike is heavy anyway so the minor weight penalty would have to be worth it for the extra stopping power? Also, they look class and if you damage one you can replace any single part individually rather than having to buy a complete shifter/caliper or whatever.

    Covid 19 worries !

We're about where China/Wuhan were in December. If you don't think it has already spread across the whole country you're deluded. Hopefully in 6 weeks you'll all bring this post back up and say I was nuts...I'd be extremely surprised if that happens though.

    Covid 19 worries !

I've been watching this since early Jan and to be honest, it's spreading as pretty much all the epidemiologists had forecasted. We're already past the containment phase and the UK government seem to think that the best way to deal with it is to let it burn itself out as quickly as possible...

    Levo rattle in down tube

Check your torque caps on the forks - they're notorious for rattling and it would sound like it could be the down tube

Old blokes who should know better.....

I know, it's horrendous. I've got new bits on my bike but I'll only end up having an accident if I go out in this. Roll on some calmer days!

Old blokes who should know better.....

No advice here but well done on the ramp. I could do with one as well for the same reason. A good while off the bike and I could do with a decent bike park nearby with sessionable jumps and drop offs to get my confidence levels back up. ??

I got tangoed. Or Trumped depending on your political persuasion. DMR Deathgrips DMR Vault V2s SDG BelAir Saddle Hope floating rotors and Hope Tech 3 V4s I also picked up a Hope universal bar clamp for my BikeHut light (as recommended by BikeScene) - it's loads stronger than the standard one...
