What's your typical range guys? - I know it's hugely variable on this and that but there seems to be a consensus that the std 500 wh gets you maybe 20 to 30 miles in trail/eco and a bit of boost?
Upgrade to 700 wh battery seems to cost £700 (£1200 purchase less sale of 500 wh at approx £500).
The 252 wh bottle type range extenders appear to be £500.
I like the flexibility (ie only fit when needed) and lighter weight of the bottle type but struggle with the pricing given they appear to...
Im not sure - it doesn’t matter how good a wrench you are - under warranty when (if?!?) your motor/controller/cable/battery* fails it *has* to go back to the dealer. That’s when you see how good they are. :)

The amount of Levos Specialized sell they should throw one of these in the box with every bike to be dealer fitted. Probably cost them literally a few cents each but maybe a lot more in potential warranty costs saved. ;)
You did very well to get £275 for the Sektors!
So the cost was £4824 + the base bike (£4k RRP) so you paid £8824 less whatever discount you got on the bike RRP?
Well, I'm not sure of the set up and it was just a suggestion. :) The Brand X axles are great value and I wondered if you could use a longer one to thread through to hold the fork?
Yep, that's nuts. TBH cheaper the better and whatever will fit with a little fettling then I'd be happy with - it's only a plastic blooming mud shield! :) Happy to wait on @Mountie as the Muckywhatsits look a bit better value.
I'd go with your heart not your head but it comes down to budget, which one you liked to ride the best and dealer support etc.
I would not buy a Bosch motor having ridden one for various reasons but if I did want Bosch then I definitely would not buy now with the new system imminent. Excited...
No, fair question - but no other E-MTB at present does it for me TBH.
Until they start making 26" E-MTBs that is - but we'll have to wait a few years for that idea to go full circle. :D
With a small frame and the set up I plan then I'm hoping it will work (as in my posts with stats a 79er is...
Awesome video as always Rob. Thought at the beginning - here we go, another BMW or Land Rover style rebranded special but it looked pretty damn sorted. Not sure - so it could just be a big name on a Taiwan factory special. Did they give any background info?
Missed this topic - really like the idea of the range extender over carrying a spare battery.
The ability to do at least 50 miles rather than 30 is what I'd like.
Any more feedback from buyers on here as to real world figures and range you have seen from the extra WH's?
On his website it...
