It's certainly "Personalised" - but I dare say the result looks downright ugly to me..... But then again, I suspect this isn't a bike used for real mountainbiking. It's certainly functional.
I get a very negative vibe from all of this. You're venting your anger and feel entitled to (ab)use social media ("Haibike, help me!") for what seems to be your own benefit mainly. Is this after they ignored your "community manager" sollicitation? I feel there's an element of threat towards...
I've seen one working.... power/pressure isn't very impressive (...which I suppose isn't that bad for washing a bike). Don't expect to be able to get dried mud off easily. And don't forget - together with a water tank, that's two more items to take along. There are a few integrated (water...
It's marketed an ebike tire. meaning - it's expected to be able to handle harsh accelerations, and ditto braking (including stopping the extra ebike weight). If that should exceed "designed" limits, then surely the design must be wrong...
(I'm guessing) the reason batteries aren' t that much of an incentive for bike manufacturers, is that margins are too thin, and most of the $$$ goes into the pockets of their battery OEM supplier. Why would they bother spending all that R&D time on design and integration, when they don't see...
Haven't personally ordered from them, but some desk research suggests they should be OK. Since Covid, numerous webshops seem to be popping up everywhere, and all to many are (in my opinion) rather deceptive (Chinese dropshippers creating websites with local domain names, local-language website...
External Bosch? yes, probably so (dealer can use his own battery, mounting it without locking it into the frame).
For other issues... I guess it will depend on what is faulty? If it's, say, a shifter or suspension or something else non- electrical, I don't see why not.
