Mathematically, humanity must end if we continue to be a plague like we now are. And saving a few% of carbon emissions isn't making any difference if there are 5% more humans roaming around the earth whilst we try to (a fact all rosy green scenarios don't factor in). Luckily, mother nature has a...
the only reason renewables are there, is because they are being subsidised, not because they are economically viable. There's not a single business model in existance that could provide for the power generation (needed when cars and heating would become electrified) without burning carbons or...
That is, by definition, why I'm calling your post a fanboy alert! There are all too many illustrations in your fanpraise that, perhaps, hold true for you specifically, but don't for 90% of other people (Teslas being cheaper? Oh please - they are not (FACT!) Charging being cheaper? it's not! (we...
KTM, Riese&Muller, Flyer,... have done the same.
Looks like the market will continue to be overheated for the remainder of the year still. Next year, there will be an abundance of second hand deals.
None of it will do any good, or make any difference other than masking the grinding sound. Water has corroded the bearings, and going forward, it will get/sound only worse until it sounds like a coffee grinder.
If you're lucky, it's only the main bearing, which is fairly easily replaced by a pro...
Was it ever launched then :-). Haibike screwed up big time on marketing there... if I remember right, they plugged that motor 18 months before it was commercially available. And yes - 10K for a Haibike, pushing it into boutique brand price ranges? Seems over the top - even for a market in...
Many of your "cons" suggest you never meant it to use as a MTB (a side stand??). It's the most entry level of bikes possible, comparable to their EUR 249 entry level analog "mountainbike". Its most expensive component is the battery, there's little to be saved on that, so the price is fair for...
Put in an order for a bike few months ago, with full intention to pay cash... but today, seeing the rates, I applied for finance. Bank is offering finance up to 120% of the bike value, no deposit, at 0,65% interest rate. Which comes to about 50 quid of interest over a 4-year period to finance a...
BTW, what's with the layout of the OP? 5 different fonts, 4 dufferent font sizes, 3 colors... I first though I was looking at some Chinese spam ad.... Back to normal please, it does the job...
My dealer has been notified by his big brands of increased pricing - also retroactively on ordered stock. Citing supply issues - but even more importantly - shipping. Pricing for container shipping went up by a factor of 4 - 10, depending on origin/destination. Not looking good!
Thought I'd share this...
The Bosch Powerpack has been known to fail within the first few uses (fortunately, it's a rare occasion. Every dealer doing reasonable volumes of Bosch EMTB sales has experienced it). The fail is fatal - no LEDs, can't be charged, can't be read. Usually, these cases are...
