My bad on this. Noise turned out to be coming from the rear Superstar V6 hub.

Recently got a new motor in my Sommet VR after the W013/E010 saga. Have done about 150 miles on it now and it has begun "chirping" when on the pedals. Sounds just like birds chirping away, actually thought that was what it was at first! Anyone else with Shimano power had the same?

My original E-8010 battery is a bit over a year old and well used. I got a newish spare second hand and can see now when comparing them that the original battery is well past its' best. I would guestimate that it lasts about 60% of the duration of the new battery for equivalent use.

I had the W013 error come up on mine mid ride quickly followed by a full screen E010 I did everything I could in the way of terminal cleaning and resetting but that motor never started again. CRC replaced the motor and I'm cooking on gas again. After a slow start CRC warranty came through...

For reference/comparison, the Ohlins 525lb spring has an OD of 53mm. Also, If available, I would expect an equivalent titanium spring to be a little thinner.

Here you go, you can see where the bottom coil has rubbed the frame when at a different sag setting. Doesn't seem to interfere with operation. :)

Will do tmrw..the interface between bottom of the coil and frame is very close.
