It is not unusual to loose a couple of psi for a couple of days after going tubeless. The thing is to ride the bike and give the sealant a chance to do its' job.
Nip the valve stem up gently too as that can be a leak path to the spokes, although the sealant should work there too. DT Swiss rim...
With the tension released from the bolt (due to snapping) the old stub should come out with ease. Put a little epoxy glue on a smaller dia. bolt, locate it on the stub and leave overnight. It should unscrew no problem.
Trying to drill out a steel bolt in an threaded alloy hole is asking for...
The cup/conical washer is dictated by the caliper. For example if you were using a Guide caliper instead of Guide RE caliper then the cup/cone spacer would not be required.
As far as rubbing and requirement for bleeding is concerned the problem is that a pre-used caliper tends to have shit on...
Hi Scott,
Good advice above; consider also that:
the Shimano motor in the Vitus is due to be replaced soon so you will have last years motor. I have a Vitus which is now on its' third motor. It has been a great bike but wait for the new motor if you want one (at £5K).
the Levo is unlikely...
This is the Wolftooth Light Action with mmx mount for SRAM brakes which may suite you as it needs less pressure to operate due to longer lever. Quality piece of kit.
If properly stuck you will need steel drift but use a piece of hard wood as interface to axle. You will have to give it a solid bang. Likely to be like this..
Hi, there is a good chance that a bearing has collapsed in the free hub. In that case the hollow hub axle tube is no longer supported adequately and may bend slightly due to the forces excerted during riding stopping the axle from sliding out.
In that case the only way to get the axle out will...
Good write up!
My bike is about the same age, warranty up at end of April..It has done about 4K miles as well but it is on motor #3. Both the previous motors fell to the E010/W013 torque sensor issue, the first at about 2500 miles and the second 1000 miles later.
For both those issues, I...
If the top headset cap says Nukeproof on it then the bearings posted up by Garry are the ones you want. Top one there is no choice bottom one will be the 45x45 contact faces.
If the cap says FSA then the bearings you want are the ones posted by Davo.
Hope this is clear :)

I struggled getting the correct bottom hs bearing and measured them as well.
My main problem was measuring the angles correctly. I think the correct bottom bearing is the FSA ACB TH-073E which has contact angles of 36x45 as against the Nukeproof item (see Gary's post above) which has contact...
I have the MT500 jacket. Although the hood rolls up it is a pain and needs to be rerolled after each wash or you will end up with a wet back :( .
Prefer my old Madison Addict for winter use even tho it's a bit heavier.
Thanks R120, I saw that but think that we need a 220/disc and hanger for the 200 assy. otherwise it will be same isue as a 203 on a 200 assy.
One of the German sites have Sram centerline 220 discs but no hangers...

Getting on for 3000 miles on my Sommet VR. Im on my second motor and second battery. Normally I would ride 3 to 4 times a week and discharge the battery so that 1 to 2 bars are remaining. After every ride I would charge to 100%.
After a year, which was about 2000 miles the battery was obviously...
There should be no problem with that. Cable connections to the motor will be the same. When you install a new motor the odometer goes back to zero. Interesting to see if the odometer goes back to your Canyon reading. It should do.
Good luck.
I'm off to the Sierra Nevadas on Sat for a week on my Capra. I've been going out on it regularly so it's not too much of a shock when I have to pedal for real again.
But I've got to say it has been difficult to walk past the ebike and take out the Capra. Not sure if I will keep it when I get...
Hi ML, sorry, no I havn't had to remove the swing arm pivot or its bearings. With the shaft removed and swing arm separated I would hope it is straightforward??
